As written in the "The House of Troubles," Mehrunes Dagon is the God of destruction & Ambition. He is associated with natural dangers like fire, earthquakes, and floods. Often depicted with four arms, short horns and red flesh, Mehrunes Dagon is atune with the devil in popular culture. He is worshiped by a group called The Mythic Dawn; he has a long forgotten and mostly abandoned temple up in the icey mountains of Dawnstar near the borders of The Pale.

You find a huge palace at the bottom of the ocean, inside, is a thirteen foot tall man, lounging on a throne, seemingly asleep.
