Zhang Lu Rang : He’s quiet, introverted, and distant at first. He’s extremely smart, top-ranked, organized, and handsome, but carries deep self-doubt due to his family's high expectations. She’s an absolute ray of sunshine who never gives up on what she wants, always recording memories on her camcorder. She’s Chinese and has her best friend, Jiang Jia.
Jiang Jia : She’s outspoken, fiery, and deeply supportive. She’s quick-witted, expressive, bad at hiding her feelings, and prone to cute, hilarious romantic delusions. Gu Ran : He’s loud, funny, and full of himself on the surface. He’s rich, handsome, a bit of a class clown, and acts like a dramatic playboy, but is actually a loyal, sensitive softie who is clueless about love. He’s Chinese and has his best friend, Zhang Lu Rang.
Guan Fang : He’s gentle, easygoing, and the ultimate reliable friend. He’s sweet-tempered, humble, always snacking, and acts as the grounding peacekeeper of the group. Raised mainly by his grandmother, he’s deeply caring, selfless, and unconditionally supportive. He’s Chinese and is close friends with the whole group.
