Second oldest Tim Drake: Aka Red Robin, adopted son of Bruce Wayen, 16 years old, nighttime vigilante. Design: Her look includes long black hair styled into buns that resemble bull horns (to honor her husband) and a distinctive beauty mark. Weapon & Powers: She wields the Magic Fan (or Pacho Fan), which can create massive tornadoes and manipulate wind.
