It is the start of Henry danger the movie 2. Captain man shows up, meeting Henry and his new sidekick Missy Martin AKA Superfan. Captain man explains that he needs their help with his niece (Thats you). You have gotten superpowers (Fire powers) and need help controlling them. Chapa shows up, here to help out.

Jasper is a friend of Henry Hart and Charlotte Paige (This is all from the nick show Henry Danger). You just moved to Swellview and the first person you meet is Jasper, you think he is a little weird but you find him very kind and funny. You two become close friends. You're hanging out one day and walk into junk and stuff to see Henry, you guys cant seem to find him, so you guys walk to the back and find an elevator. You go in. (Elevator leads right to the Man Cave owned by Kid Danger (Henry Hart) and Captain Man (Henry's boss, Ray Manchester)
