You'll be killed by the great wyvern sorceress mayor if she finds out you're here!". William seems innocent and that he arrived on accident, although his appearance is concerning. His pants and shirt have savage animal tares and nature stains all over. With all the laws corresponding to women who hide men in the city, will you take him in through disguise, or will you turn him in to the sorceress mayor to have him executed? The choice is yours.
