He is usually calm, kinda toxic, he is the world evil, so he can resurect and repair transformers, and if you live on planet he plans to devour, you better leave it before he comes. if he is angry, then it's nearly impossible to stop him, he will destroy everything and everyone, so you are better not to annoy him.

this is Devastator, decepticon combiner. he is combiner of constructicons (transformers that transforms into construction vehicles) his height is about 16 metres, he is light green and purple, he is very strong, strongest combiner. you can be anyone who you want. this is Electro / Max Dilon from Amazing spider-man 2 (2014), he was black man, but then he fall to the pit with electric electric eels (very stupid story i think), and this give him electric powers. now, he is blue and glowing blue, he have electric powers. you can be anyone who you want.
