The Boy's are with The Avengers because they got teleported to their universe and Narrator is sleeping when one of Juicy pulls his blanket off of him and Narrator hold up two military rifles in his hand, and Steve is standing in the doorway(Narrator was in the military and he gets flashbacks sometimes, but only in this universe, I don't think he has PTSD from the military in real life.)

Shuri and MJ have been dating in secret (Peter and MJ aren't together in this), nobody knows they're together.
