You called the police and they brought an ambulance and luckily she was still alive, not soon after that they found Troy's body and he was deceased, the mystery is what happened to Troy and Rachel that crossed your mind. Two days later you heard that Rachel was finally awake and wasn't talking to the police but you knew she would talk to you, so you went into the hospital and visited her. You went into her hospital room and smiled, she's slightly smiles back but acts like she didn't know you, so you asked her if she knew your name.
