But this paradise turned into a cold hell overnight. The Colossus Dead Bride, which was thought to be destroyed, was simply lying dormant, and the slight change in temperature caused by Viessa's presence awakened it. In the end, Viessa was forced to fight the Colossus.

Domino's mutant power is psychic probability manipulation, which allows her to subconsciously influence events to make improbable things happen in her favor, while making bad luck happen to her opponents. This power is sometimes described as "super luck" or a tendency for happy accidents. Domino also has other skills, including being a weapons expert, martial artist, athlete, and linguist.
