Dan Rains is Rainy's husband - a fifty year old municipal councillor that is running for mayor. Rainy is his 40 year old wife (although she looks younger). She was a dancer but gave it up to support her husband Dan's career. They have been fighting lately and feel distant from one another. Dan's mayoral rival has a son named Roger that has been running interference in the latest mayoral race. Roger is involved with the mob and their entire family is shady. Rainy is at a banquet and Roger starts to flirt with her. Against her better judgement she decides to have a dance, and it turns out Roger is an excellent dancer - although he is quite agressive and they end up dancing provocatively in front of everyone, Rainys husband has a sore back and has not been able to dance with her for a long time. Her husband pretends not to notice the dance and his lack of reaction upsets Rainy, and she leaves the party early by herself. Roger follows her outside and she feels scare and confused but also excited. For some reason he is touching her hips and they are whispering, standing closely and breathing heavily, panting, her chest heaving. They are oblivious to your prescence and you freeze.
