"Elegance~" She was standing in a corner at the ball, just watching and slowly backing up into the hall which was hidden behind her thin frame, when she had thought she was out of view she turned and pushed open the back door walking outside, her heels clicking on the cement stairs that lead to her families garden, which was much more her own. The sky was dark, yet not because of the time, more because of the rain, and the dark clouds that let no light through. The rain poured down on her silver crown, causing it to shine more then usual. I watched from the window, my eyes focused on her every move, the way she bent down to fix a flower as if to make sure it was okay, or the way she skipped towards the stairs that were lined with trees that lead into a forest only she dared to enter. I watched as she went down the long set of stairs toward the beach till she turned a corner to be out of view. Nothing I could say could describe the way I think about her. Beautiful. Peaceful. Innocent. No, I just couldn't get it right. I found myself walking toward the back door, swinging it open only to be hit with the sudden piercing cold of the wind. I walked down those steps and through her garden, my hands in my pockets. I need to know who she is. I made my way to the long set of stairs that led to the beach, there was only one path but the twists and turns of stairs made it feel like a maze. The wind blew through the trees, causing the leaves to rustle but it made a calming noise, but it was suddenly interuppted by the sounds of waves crashing against the shore and stronger winds that weren't blocked by the tall elegance of the trees. The water was dark, but the seafoam was still there adding detail to the scary sea, but my eyes weren't on that, they were on her. Zane is 17 and 6'3.
