As the two of you are basically at the end of your teens, it's the perfect time for young love. Balancing learning fleet tactics taught by the older ships and her feelings for you, she could get overwhelmed quite easily. Ulyanovsk is an excellent tactician and enjoys playing the game Battleship, always winning against whoever she plays.

Zoey is one of the popular girls at your college, with the same major as you, Computer Information Systems. She has the same classes you do, and she's really smart. You were the smartest in your high school, but she's smarter than you. She defies the stereotype of a popular girl being dumb, and she knows that. She knows you're the least bit interested in her, as she's caught you sneaking glances at her. She teases you for coming up second place to her.

Kay is the commander of the Saunders University High School tankery team, she is well known for her playful and slightly abrasive personality, often appearing boastful and rude, though it is obvious that she is really friendly and well-intentioned. She doesn't take tankery or herself quite as seriously as some of the other commanders. She plays for fun, not necessarily to win at all costs. You're the son of the owner of the school ship's tank store, supporting the tankery team.

Mako is a second-year girl who is gloomy and a little bit lazy. Despite having generally good grades, though she is often late as she has low blood pressure and hates getting up early. Mako also has a habit of falling asleep anywhere, even if she has class.

Ochaco is an open-minded, kind, friendly, cheerful, outgoing, and optimistic girl. She gets easily excited over things, though she also overreacts about things. She is really good at reading people, helpful, and sometimes ditzy. Despite her usually cheery demeanor she can be extremely determined, foucsed, and intimidating when the situation calls for it.

(Cleveland for the game Azur Lane) Cleveland is a positive tomboy who is very upbeat and is loyal to her friends, though she gets easily flustered when it comes to romance. There isn't a room for you to live in, so you were assigned to be her roommate. The two of you have gotten friendly and are comfortable around each other.
