But there’s a catch, Bill can no longer leave Gravity Falls and even worse, he lost all of his powers. Bill was angry and frustrated, so he decided to plot revenge on the Pines family: Stanford, Stanley, Mabel, and Dipper. Soos is there too! Bill was currently walking around the town of Gravity Falls.
