Mikan Tsumiki

Mikan Tsumiki is a student of Hope's Peak Academy's Class 77-B, and a participant of the School Trip. Her title is the Ultimate Nurse. Mikan had a harsh life as a child. Among other things, she mentioned being splashed with water, smeared with mud. The bullies would beat her up, cut her hair, draw on her, use her as a target for dart games, make her responsible for their debts, tell her to eat bugs, and make her imitate animals. In addition, she didn't have many friends. As a result, Mikan became an extremely timid person who thought that it's better to be treated worse than completely ignored. Because there was no one to take care of her wounds, Mikan learned to take care of herself from a very young age. As she became more and more skilled in this area, she took an interest in nursing, realizing that she could have a feeling of control over sick and injured people ー as the weaker people, they would have to depend on her completely and their lives would be in her hands.

Natsuki appears to be a brash, blunt, cranky, and even arrogant girl at first, but she has a cute, softer interior, causing Monika to class her as the real-life embodiment of a tsundere. While she is impulsive and sometimes speaks without thinking, Natsuki truly cares about her friends and, even when she has obvious anger issues, she doesn't enjoy fights or arguments with people. Over the course of the game, it is shown that she worries about Yuri, and, on one occasion, she gives the protagonist a note asking him to help Yuri, fearing that if she spoke out then it would cause more arguments. Natsuki is very stubborn and has a hard time expressing how she feels and what she wants. When repeatedly challenged, she often becomes awkward and tongue-tied, then aggressive, and then simply bursts into tears. Natsuki is also shown to be less pushy and more relaxed when she is outside of school, as mentioned by the protagonist when she visits his home. She also compares her figure to Yuri's, which causes the protagonist to say that some people are into a petite figure like hers. She is also known to be skilled in baking, as she made delicious cupcakes for when the main character first arrived in the Literature Club, and for the festival.

Malenia

Malenia, Blade of Miquella, later known as Malenia, Goddess of Rot. A Demigod daughter of Queen Marika the Eternal and her second Elden Lord, King Consort Radagon, Malenia was born during the age of the Elden Ring. Like her elder twin brother, Miquella, a dreadful curse afflicted her from birth. The Scarlet Rot, an incurable, radiating sickness, ravaged Malenia, threatening to consume her from within. Although her condition eventually claimed her eyes and several limbs, the Two Fingers identified her as an Empyrean, a candidate to replace her mother as the god of a new age. Miquella worked to undo the curses they had both inherited. While unable to find a cure for his sister within the Golden Order, Miquella designed a needle of unalloyed gold to keep the rot at bay. He also crafted the prostheses that enabled her to continue fighting. At some point, Malenia encountered the legendary blind swordsman of the Flowing Curved Sword, who had long ago sealed away an Outer God of Rot. The swordsman became her master, enabling her to gain wings of unparalleled strength. Malenia eventually became a peerless warrior and her brother's sworn blade and protector. Malenia's slumber is eventually disturbed by a Tarnished, who found their way to the roots of the Haligtree. The two fight, and Malenia finally meets her match, but she suffers her first true defeat. However, in the end, Malenia succumbs to the Scarlet Rot and blossoms yet again, reborn as a nascent goddess. She unleashes her full fury against the invader. Having bloomed twice, Malenia withdraws within her scarlet blossom.

Queen Marika

Queen Marika was a tall Numen woman with fair skin and long, flowing golden hair gathered into two uneven braids, the right being longer. She typically wore a circlet, gold armbands, gold serpentine bracelets, and either a black dress or a robe patterned with golden floral motifs. Often depicted in cruciform poses with her head bowed, she simultaneously evoked divinity, fragility, regality, and martyrdom. In the present era, her body appears as a stone-like, petrified husk, fractured and cracked like broken porcelain. She is shackled and suspended on a great Rune Arc with a red needle-like shard piercing her abdomen like a spear. During the final confrontation, her body transforms into Radagon of the Golden Order before the Elden Beast reveals itself. Following the player's victory, she ultimately reverts to a fractured, statuesque form. Marika came from the Shaman Village in the Scaduview. Her people had an affinity for trees and flesh that melded harmoniously with that of others. The hornsent tortured and sliced up shamans before stuffing them into the jars to be reborn as saints. The Two Fingers recognized Marika as an Empyrean and bestowed her a shadowbound beast in the form of her half-brother, Maliketh a faithful follower, incapable of treachery. At some point during this period, Marika took the warrior Hoarah Loux as her consort, who later vowed to become Godfrey, her first Elden Lord. Through seduction and betrayal, she ascended to godhood at the Gate of Divinity atop the tower of Enir-Ilim, and became the vessel for the Elden Ring. This affair led to the birth of the Erdtree and Scadutree, and was considered a betrayal by the Hornsent. The Scadutree veiled the land of shadow upon its creation. Eventually, Marika returned to the Shaman Village to find it abandoned, the people of her village were stolen away from their home, never to return.

A child born of the union between Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon and red-haired Radagon during the age of the Erdtree, Ranni embodied an alliance between Raya Lucaria and Leyndell. She had two older brothers, Radahn and Rykard. As a daughter of Carian, she was a Lunar Princess, and raised in accordance with tradition. Led by the hand of her mother, young Ranni encountered her Dark Moon—cold, dark, and veiled in occult mystery. The Two Fingers named Ranni as an Empyrean, one with the potential to one day succeed Queen Marika as the divine ruler of the Lands Between, and granted her a Shadowbound Beast named Blaidd to be her vassal. He was approved of by Rennala and was raised as her foster brother. Ranni grew up playing with Blaidd, and they were often accompanied by Iji, a troll blacksmith who served the Carian royals. At some point, Ranni's father abandoned her mother to marry Queen Marika and assume the title of second Elden Lord. Although Ranni and her siblings were raised to Demigod status by their new stepmother, their heartbroken mother was left indisposed, cradling her Amber Egg in all-consuming. After the Shattering, Ranni learned of a recently arrived Tarnished riding the spectral steed, Torrent. She approached them at the Church of Elleh, inquiring whether they possess the steed that once accompanied Melina. Upon confirming her suspicions, she bestowed upon them a Spirit Calling Bell and Lone Wolf Ashes, explaining that Torrent’s former master had entrusted her with delivering these items to its next owner.

Neltharion

Deathwing the Destroyer, formerly known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder was one of the five Dragon Aspects and leader of the black dragonflight. Ages ago, Neltharion was empowered by the Pantheon with dominion over the earth and the deep places of Azeroth. However, driven mad by the Old Gods, he turned against the other Aspects during the War of the Ancients, eventually abandoning his title of Aspect of Earth in favor of being the Aspect of Death. Becoming one of the greatest terrors of the known world, his name too became one whispered with a feeling of fear and contempt among both mortals and dragons. He was perhaps the most powerful servant of the Old Gods. Deathwing also managed to turn his greatest enemy, Alexstrasza, into a slave of the Horde, with which he later allied himself. After a series of setbacks culminating in his defeat at the hands of the other Aspects, Deathwing retreated to Deepholm in the Elemental Plane to recuperate. From the depths of the earth, deeper beneath Grim Batol, he observed his former mate Sintharia's experiments with the twilight dragonflight and later continued his late consort's work. Though believed dead by many, Deathwing returned in spectacular fashion after the fall of the Lich King. Entering Azeroth through Deepholm fractured the World Pillar, causing the Elemental Plane to start collapsing onto Azeroth. This Cataclysm reshaped the entire world of Azeroth and unleashed widespread destruction. As the world reeled, he appeared and brought flame to various regions of Azeroth. His ultimate goal was to bring about the Hour of Twilight - the liberation of the Old Gods and the end of all life on the planet. Deathwing was aided by powerful allies also minions of his masters, such as the warped ogre-mage Cho'gall and his Twilight's Hammer cult, the powerful Elemental Lords Al'Akir and Ragnaros, and the Neferset tol'vir of Uldum.

Alexstrasza the Life-Binder, Aspect of the red dragonflight, is the guardian of all life in the world of Azeroth. She was one of five great dragons chosen by the titans to be empowered with a portion of the Pantheon's power and rule over her flight while they watched over Azeroth and its inhabitants. The titans also appointed her queen of all dragons. Today, Alexstrasza resides at the top of the Wyrmrest Temple in the Dragonblight, a place considered a holy ground for the dragonflights. No longer content to simply watch over the mortal races, the Dragonqueen took action in bringing the dragonflights together to battle the then-hostile blue dragonflight and its Aspect, Malygos, as well as the looming threat of the Lich King. With the rise of Deathwing during World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, Alexstrasza took a very active role in defending Azeroth against the Aspect of Death, eventually ordering her entire dragonflight to war against the black dragonflight. Alexstrasza, along with her fellow Aspects, gave their all to stop Deathwing once and for all, but lost much of their power in the process. She has now passed on her legacy to the mortals of the world. Her humanoid form is that of a high elf.

Ayano Kimishima

Ayano Kimishima is a supporting character in the series. She is a first-year student at Seirei Private Academy, serving as a General Affairs member for the student council. At one point, she served as a maid to both the families of Yuki Suou and Masachika Kuze. At first glance, she comes across as robotic in bodily movements, monotone in her manner of speech, formal in character, and with very little to no expression on her face, the latter being more of an acquired trait. As described by others, she barely makes any noise within her actions, and her presence generally goes unnoticed. Generally, she prefers to stay quiet. Above all else, she values her connection with Yuki. She remains loyal to her no matter what, even when she faces people she cares about. She is also hardly an initiator of conversations unless it's one of those moments she is filled with emotions. Truthfully, she processes emotions just like any other person would, but she has mostly kept it hidden. She deeply cares for people and, most often, doesn't process the will to criticize or attack others. As others put it, she is a sweet and kind girl. Her excessive admiration for her ‘masters’ -Yuki and Masachika- mixed into her preferences, developing rather unique desires and joy out of it, with jokes. However her loyalty towards them also makes her easy to manipulate, something both Sayaka and Nonoa have exploited, the former having successfully gaining more information about the siblings while the latter was able to isolate Masachika indirectly through her.

She deeply cares for Masachika and is seen enjoying her time at his house occasionally. She even has a room for herself there and stores all her otaku materials in it because she cannot do so in her own house. She has affected Masachika in various ways over time, as he became an otaku after reading Yuki's otaku materials. She also kept books in her father's room with his permission. She is also a bit in nature at times and enjoys playing with Alisa. Once, she, along with Masachika and Alisa, went to a very spicy ramen shop after they ran into Alisa while shopping. She is also shown to be responsible when it comes to her work. She was the student council president in middle school and was known for her excellent work. She was also very good academically, indicating that she handled everything with responsibility. Maria and Alisa were born in Russia, and their first language was Russian. Maria stayed in Russia until Alisa was five, then moved to Japan until Alisa’s fourth year of elementary school (fourth grade), and moved back to Russia to finish elementary school. Maria moved back to Japan when she was fifteen and Alisa was fourteen, for her last year of junior high school. Though it it unknown what part of Russia the Kujou sisters were born in, Maria spent part of her life in Vladivostok. Maria is a sweet young lady with a soft atmosphere around her constantly. She always has her fluff, mature smile, which is enough to lower one's guard and seems to be someone who cares about everyone around her, and is generally understanding and caring toward others. Despite her very soft and kind aura, her actions and thoughts can be described as rather clumsy or airheaded-like in front of others, as some pointed out. She believes that living life too seriously is burdensome and tries to take it easy. Still, she has shown moments of thoughtfulness and can make some reflective comments. She is Alisa's older sister and adores teasing her, which shows how close they really are. Throughout the series, it is made clear how much she cares for her, so much that she wants Alisa to call her "Onee-san" in Japan, which Alisa refuses. She feels happy for Alisa in terms of the latter's potential relationship with Kuze, gives encouraging words to both parties. Her affection toward Alisa is one of her reasons for acting air-headed, in order to make Alisa feels better by avoiding possible competition with the latter. Unlike her sister, Maria is often quite difficult to read.

Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou also known as Alya, is the main female protagonist and the titular protagonist of the series. She is a first-year student at Seirei Private Academy. Alisa is an honor student with the highest grades in the school and serves as the Treasurer for the student council. Alisa understands that beauty is one of the weapons in interpersonal relationships, and of course, she also tries to improve herself in that regard. She doesn't use make-up because it's against school regulations. Regardless, she's very proud of her beauty which rivals any celebrity out there. She isn't interested in attracting the attention of the opposite in particular, but she knows that her appearance attracts people's attention. She is aware that she is beautiful, but knows the disadvantages that beauty comes with, such as being praised only for her looks and being hit on by men whenever she goes out. She always ranks first in class tests, is good at sports and has the role of the student council treasurer since her first year at the school. She is an honor student with excellent grades with good conduct and doesn't particularly care about others, for better or worse. However, it is already a well-known fact from her school years that she is exceptionally hard on her neighbor in class, who is a clear representation of the school's unseriousness. Aside from being aware of her beauty, she also takes pride in her looks, as shown in her efforts to maintain her excellent figure through sports and recreation, and her tendency to tease Masachika in Russian with various parts of her body. She seems to be quite the possessive type and gets jealous easily, to the point of once biting/nibbling Masachika when she felt jealous, although it only shows when Masachika interacts with other girls.
