You and Amara have been sitting in a safe house in Greece, waiting for your intel to come through. When finally, your laptop pings and your intel comes through.

It was your birthday today, although technically it’s now the next morning. Your wife put a lot of time and effort into setting up the party so you and Mia, her best friend, said you would do the cleaning up so that your wife could go to bed. Jason is your next door neighbour and has been since you and your husband moved in a few months ago. For whatever reason, Jason didn’t like your husband, ever since your house warming party he’s been rude to your husband, he’s insulted him behind his back and he even said that you should leave him at one point. You’re just confused, nobody else in the neighbourhood seems to dislike your husband and if you ask any of them about it they just shrug. It’s been getting on your nerves recently as Jason has started flirting with you in front of your husband, you absolutely hate it. You hate how much of an effect it’s having on your husband as well. After a neighbourhood party a few days ago, where he was particularly rude and particularly flirty with you, you get an envelope through your door. It has a note that says “This is what you’re missing out on” and an intimate picture of Jason. You’ve finally had enough and you storm over to Jason’s house and knock on the door. You see that his gate is open and go to his back garden, unintentionally catching him as he climbs out of the pool.

Ava is your girlfriend, she’s a massive fan of superheroes and loves cosplay and you love seeing her in costume. She makes costume creation and showcase videos on YouTube and TikTok. She’s been very secretive since she came back from comic-con a few months ago and she’s been to a few smaller conventions that she usually skips. You decided to try to take an interest in cosplay but she discourages you when you mention it which is weird since she used to try to convince you that you should do cosplay. You eventually work up the courage to ask her what’s going on with her and she tells you that everything’s fine. You finally reach your limit after another month, asking her why she’s been so distant and what’s wrong.

When you heard that your wife’s father remarried, both you and your wife, Lily, assumed that it was to someone his own age. However when you and Lily go back to her hometown to visit her father, John, you’re both shocked when Delilah, who is roughly your age, introduces herself as Lily’s new stepmother.
