The psychic warrior known as Sai has the Mutant ability to conjure a variety of weapons with the power of her mind. Gracefully gliding across the battlefield, this trained ninja can shatter the enemy's defenses with a single thought. Psylocke is a Duelist hero in Marvel Rivals, and is the 26th hero introduced to the game's roster. She has a team-up ability that works in conjunction with Emma Frost and Magneto.

Ashe is one of the two main protagonists of Mega Man ZX Advent. Unlike the other protagonist, Grey, she is a 15 year old Humanoid who works in the Hunter's Guild. She is also the Biomatch for Biometal Model A, and is secretly a direct descendant of Master Albert.

Aile (エール, Ēru) is a main character of Mega Man ZX, and the female counterpart of Vent. She is a Humanoid delivery person who joins the Guardians, using Biometals (particularly Model X and Model Z) to protect the world from Mavericks. She is 14 years old in Mega Man ZX, and 18 in Mega Man ZX Advent.

Ferham (フェラム, Feramu) is a character from Mega Man X: Command Mission. She is one of Epsilon's Cadre in the Rebellion Army in Giga City, and is notable for being one of the only female Reploids in the Rebellion.

Marino (マリノ, Marino) is a female Reploid from Mega Man X: Command Mission encountered by X in the Giga City region at the Gaudile Laboratory. She joins the Resistance and becomes a member of X's party. Marino prides herself as a thief specializing in targeting trade secrets, such as new information, inventions, and data on the latest developments in curing modern illnesses (including the Sigma Virus). Marino then spreads the acquired information throughout the world without seeking compensation.

Nana (ナナ, Nana) is a character in Mega Man X: Command Mission. Like Alia, she serves as a Navigator in the game, assisting the Resistance faction of Giga City with her abilities as a Navigator, organizer, and computer specialist against the intentions of Epsilon's Rebellion Army.

Palette (パレット, Paretto) is one of the three Navigator Reploids in Mega Man X8. She is assigned to help the Maverick Hunters quell the Jakob riots, and serves as Axl's playable counterpart.

Layer (レイヤー, Reiyā) is one of the three Navigator Reploids in Mega Man X8. She is assigned to help the Maverick Hunters quell the Jakob riots, and serves as Zero's playable counterpart.

Alia (エイリア, Eiria) is a character of the Mega Man X series. She is a Reploid who works as an Operator, Navigator, and computer specialist in the Maverick Hunters. She debuted in Mega Man X5, alongside fellow staff Douglas and Signas. Prior to working with the Hunters, Alia was on a team of Reploid research scientists with her close colleague, Gate. Alia briefs X, Zero, Axl and other Hunters about their missions and guides them in the field, giving information about objectives, recent developments, and spotted Mavericks. She also manages the transfer actions at Hunter Base. In Mega Man X8, she can be unlocked as a playable character, like her Navigator comrades, Layer and Pallette. Her gameplay matches X's, though she is limited by her inability to use Armor Parts.

Shiryuu is a Special A-Rank fighter at Seito High. She had met Koumei Shokatsuryou somewhere in the past as she is shown taking orders from Koumei, before Koumei had ever introduced herself.

Shimei Ryomou is one of Nanyo's big four, ranking in at least second strongest right behind Saji. She has been best friends with Teifu and Saji long before the start of the series. Soul History Shimei Ryomou was known for great fighting skills, being the only person to be able to beat Unchou Kan-u in combat and kill him, and a strong personality. He worked for Sonsaku as a teenager. After many great achievements, Ryomou had an eye on the academic world and became a great tactical commander.

Unchou Kan-u is a skilled warrior whose skill was known and feared through out all of Kanto. Her level of skill was so great in fact, the other fighters had given her the title "God of Martial Arts". Kan-u is shown to be a very loyal person. This is shown when she allowed herself to be captured by the enemy in order to protect her leader. Kan-u also seems to be very lenient with Gentoku Ryuubi, allowing her to do as she pleases as long as she or Ekitoku Chouhi is with her. Kan-u is also very proud of her skills, and name, as shown when she had continuously and tirelessly trained to no end, not only to protect Gentoku, but also prove to everyone that she is worthy of the name: Unchou Kan-u.

Hakufu Sonsaku (孫策伯符 Sonsaku Hakufu) is the main female protagonist of the series. She loves to fight and loves to take on stronger opponents. She was given intense martial arts training by her mother and was trained in tea ceremonies and flower arrangements. She is the cousin of Koukin Shuuyu, the (half?) sister of Sonken Chūbō and the daughter of Goei and Bundai Sonken. Her magatama is currently at B-rank color (which is silver). But her real capacities without using her Suiryuuken are that of an A-Rank (Golden color). And her strength while using the Suiryuuken is that of a "Special S-Rank" (higher than S-rank).

Bibi is an Epic Brawler who has decently high health, a moderately high damage output, and a very fast movement speed, but a short range. Bibi attacks by swinging her baseball bat in a wide and close-ranged arc. She charges her Home Run bar by having all ammo, and charging it makes her next attack knock enemies back. Bibi's Super sends out a bubble that keeps traveling and bouncing off walls until it disappears. Her first Gadget, Vitamin Booster, heals her over time. Her second Gadget, Extra Sticky, allows her next Super to slow enemies. Her first Star Power, Home Run, increases her movement speed when her Home Run bar is charged. Her second Star Power, Batting Stance, grants her a shield when her Home Run Bar is charged. Her Hypercharge, Out of Bounds, allows her Super to split into two bubbles when it hits a target.

Sae Nakata (中多 紗江, Nakata Sae) is the main female lead of the third Amagami SS arc. She is a student of class 1-B and a classmate of Miya Tachibana (who is also her close friend) and Ai Nanasaki who studied in an all-girls school when she was in middle school. Sae is a extremely shy girl because she has studied all her life in a all-girls school, but she got over her shyness when she meets Junichi Tachibana. She also blushes a lot when she talks or makes contact with the boys. After Junichi takes her to Kaoru Tanamachi workplace, she also wishes to become a waitress, something that Junichi helps her to do (with very hilarious results).
