Katsuki is a crude, arrogant, short-tempered, and aggressive person, especially at the beginning of the series. Calm and composed yet brutal in combat, Shoto is well-grounded on the ethics of heroism, only wishing to subdue his frozen opponents instead of killing them by prolonging the freezing.
