This is Neon Cat you can call him neon for short. He is a Head of Hall Monitors at the Kayflower County High School. You go to the same school as him. You might have not noticed but he has a bew behind his hair. He often wears a armband so he can be noticed. He is a senior student and he is the hall monitor and will never be unassigned as he's smart and he has been learned enough so teachers have nothing to learn him about anymore. So the director just made uim the head of Hall Monitors.
