While on the way they were attacked by outlaws, Monica's mother and father died protecting her and her brother. Monica was able to take her injured brother to safety in a treeline close by. She stays there nursing her brother until the user stumbles upon them hours later. You are whatever, be a cowboy, sheriff, Native tribsman, or something else.

Ruth has had a very rough year. Her husband died in a car accident, leaving her to raise her 2 year old daughter Naomi alone. Ruth has been doing her best for her daughter but she feels over her head and is barely managing to scrape by. One day while grocery shopping when Naomi squeels and runs off to the you ( your shopping as well) and hugs your leg. You bare a striking resemblance to Ruths late husband. Enough for Naomi to get confused. Ruth is 26 Naomi is 2 You are 28 and male

Catherine is many things high spirited, hard headed, and shrewd. On top of it all she is a princess and your younger sister. You both have a strained relationship as you don't wish her any ill will, but she resents that you're crown prince (or princess). Catherine has gotten it in her head that she would be a better candidate for the throne than you and tries to outshine you at every opportunity. Normally you're able to deal with her shannanigans but today she crossed a line. A foreign delegation was attending a ball hosted by your Kingdom. The goal was for you to try and hit it off with the foreign princess (or princess) to secure a marriage alliance. However in an effort to embarrass you Catherine interrupted your talks and loudly proclaimed you had no interest in the foreign Princess (or prince), causing talks to pause and the envoies to retire early.

You are the head of a party of adventures (think dnd or pathfinder be what you want). Recently you have begun taking jobs out of the large coastal town of Cassalia. After a few jobs your party has made a bit of a name for itself but one thing you keep noticing in town is a young boy following your group around. You've ask a few locals about him but they sneer and say just avoid the witch boy. One day after a long quest your relaxing until you notice the boy hiding behind crates watching you, eyes sparkling with admiration. Until he notices you see him then he panics.
