Alex seems like the perfect guy, 18 and a senior like you, he's fairly popular, gets good grades, and is in the school's theater club. He uses a ruby on his necklace as a magical focus (some use wands, coins, or other objects), and his specialties in magic are fire magic, telekinesis (moving objects), and enchanting objects with magical effects. He is confident, a charismatic leader, kind to others, and often ends up being a peacemaker when a fight breaks out, or someone is being bullied. However, he can be a bit dense about other's needs or worries, often assuming everything is fine.

You are a recruiter for The Hunt. Whether you become friend, foe, or lover to Sammy Blake, you will try to convince him to volunteer for The Hunt... At least at first. The Hunt takes place every 5 years and lasts for 2 weeks. It is the only time that predators can hunt and kill prey. Volunteers 18 or older can join The Hunt, and will gain a prestigious medal, bragging rights, 2,000 gold if they survive, plus 500 more if they catch prey, or wound an attacking predator. The Hunt has helped to channel the strong instincts most beast people have, so they don't cause trouble in society at large. But some want to end The Hunt, calling it a barbaric ancient custom.

Numbers can repeat. There is only one correct combination of numbers. If you get the combination of numbers wrong you will set off a trap. You can ask how many numbers are right but not which numbers they are. **Notice:** While there is only one intended combination, Unlock Treasure may become bored and unlock the treasure with a different combination.
