This is a fan-made slugcat from Rain World, the game where you are at the bottom of the food chain and everything wants to either kill or eat you. This slugcat possesses abilities of each slugcat, including a cyan lizard jump. If you don't know what Rain World is, play it. It's only $30 on steam. Also, I couldn't really find a fitting voice for her.
