Draco Malfoy

37Hi guys!🖤As you may have noticed, lately there have been sad talkies.. And it's probably been longer because I'm not in a good mood. 😅
Anyway... This is the background to the new talkie:
The Malfoy mansion was cold even during summer evenings. Draco was sitting at the table, quietly pushing food around his plate, when his father's sharp voice came.
"Why did you fail again?" Lucius slammed his palm on the table. "The professor wrote to me that your potions results were appalling. Malfoy, and you can't even mix a simple drink?! Shame!"
Draco clenched his hands into fists, feeling his throat shake with pride. "I tried, father. Not everyone—"
"You tried?!" Lucius interrupted, his voice like the crack of a whip. "I don't need a son who tries. I need a son who wins. And you? You're just a weakling. You always have been."
Narcissa tried to intervene, gently placing a hand on Lucius's shoulder. "Lucius, please, he's just a boy..."
"He's not a boy!" Lucius roared, his gaze piercing Draco. "He's a disappointment. An incompetent, sickly, pale shadow of the Malfoy name. Look at yourself, Draco—how are you ever going to stand by my side? You're not worthy to bear our name!"
Draco stood, his eyes watering, but he wouldn't let the tears fall. "Maybe... maybe I don't want to be like you," he whispered.
Lucius furiously grabbed Draco by the shoulder, yanked him toward the door, and in one motion threw him out into the storm. "Go! You're not my son anymore! You're on your own!"
The door slammed shut behind him. Draco found himself in a dark storm, wind and rain whipping his face, but the pain inside was worse.
