Louis gives him tips and bait to help him get more fishes. -Also talks to Care from time to time, Care's a bear, so they have no problem with catching fish near a river and near a deep, giant lake. -Has bioluminescent scales to communicate to his species, but he was washed up in a storm, so he lives here with his newer (now that he's used to) friends.
