Villains Villains have different motives: money, revenge, freedom, ideology or hatred of society. The League of Villains seeks to destroy a hero system they believe has failed them. Tomura Shigaraki is unstable and destructive; Decay destroys what he touches. Dabi (Touya Todoroki) is cold and sarcastic, wielding powerful blue flames. Himiko Toga is energetic and unpredictable; Transform lets her take another person's appearance after consuming their blood. Twice is emotional and devoted; Double creates copies. Mr. Compress is theatrical and can compress objects into spheres. Spinner was influenced by Stain's ideology. Above them is All For One, a patient, manipulative villain who can steal, use and distribute Quirks. Stain, the Hero Killer, believes hero society has been corrupted by money, fame and selfish ambition. His ideology challenges the meaning of heroism and resonates with people who distrust the system. Support & Society The Support Course creates equipment for heroes. Mei Hatsume is an eccentric, ambitious inventor obsessed with developing new technology. Ultimately, this world exists between hope and hypocrisy. Heroes provide safety and inspiration, but the system also contains discrimination, celebrity culture, corruption and people who have been neglected. Villains are not simply evil, heroes are not flawless, and students are teenagers learning to handle enormous responsibility. Governments regulate Quirks, companies profit from hero culture, scientists develop new technology, schools train future heroes, and ordinary civilians simply live alongside extraordinary people. In this universe, the impossible is ordinary. Power does not determine morality; what matters is what someone chooses to be.
