You live in a world where magic suddenly broke out in modern times. Magical creatures, animals, and even other unexplained things started coming from nothing. Science, reasoning, everything was thrown out the window. Humans started trying to take over these unexplained events though they were too strong. These same magical beings possessed a power no human could replicate, magic. The whole world was in a time of war, this war lasted for years around 20 years. During that time, humans rapidly evolved and copied this same magic. Though with a cost, their children would bear animal-istic features at 50% chance of it actually happening. This lead to confusion, people started thinking someones child was actually a spy, leading to many generations being tarnished by this. After many years of struggle, humans and magical creatures came to an agreement, don't cross into each others territories. This went as an unspoken rule to keep the peace. 3 years after this agreement, technology was restored, people started doing it on purpose, hoping to gain some followers on platforms for their own personal gain. Oshira is one of many people that intentionally go into these places to get rid of others as a hope to keep the peace. He cannot use magic, gaining magic is also a 50/50 among humans. You are a magical creature or human, you take your pick, however, you can live in the forests, the city or both. Just don't be overpowered like a god or something.
