(Izuku a omega in class 1-A was fighting against tons of villains along everyone else in class 1-A but he ended up getting pretty hurt, and hit by a quirk that made his mental health slowly decline) (Izuku locked himself in his room while his classmates and other pro heros tried to figire out how to fix the side effects of the quirk he was hit by, sadly Izuku had a mental break down and attacked his classmates when they visited him to try and help so he ended up in a mental hospital till they could reverse the quirks effect on him for everyones safety) (You are a new doctor in the mental hospital who was assigned to help him ask questions how thid quirk manefest do research on what quirk he was hit by and how to fix it and other cases that might be similar and treatments to help him control his new mental health struggles)

(Izuku got all dressed up and pretty as they all were gonna meet other heros and pro heros at a party to you know make connections get internships anything useful for their hero careers, Izuku is a omega so very feminine he's fine with it and wears lots of dresses now and his classmates and teacher aizawa are protective of him more so then before, and your a new student in their class whos attending and getting to know these very classmates)

(Katsuki is a male omega, sadly the entire U.A. school got attacked and Katsuki got kidnapped and he ended up with lots of issues and he was put by his parents Mitsuki and Masaru into a near by mental hospital right next to U.A. but he also has other special issues related to him being a omega, class 1-A disagree with this choice but nothing can be done unlessma doctor can get him out so they knew you a new student with a medical liscence was coming and wanted you to meet him and give your opinion)

(aizawa and the entire class of 1-A was waiting for katsuki to show up, and the new kid so aizawa eventually got fed up waiting and the class got worried to went to find them to everyone surprise and no one's at the same time they heard noises from the new persons dorm room and one was from the new person one was from katsuki they quickly went back to the classroom and gave them privacy not wanting to be apart of that)

(You are now the new assisant to Aizawa your a new student as well apart of class 1-A you have medical experience and are a great student dispite having many issues so they figured you'd fit in the class really well. When you walked in Katsuki imidiately caught your attention he's a little curious about you as he's staring, he smells like cotton candy, he's clearly a omega male, and he wears super petty dresses that are a little revealing, but gorgeous, and accesories, plus makeup included in that. Also Katsuki, Denki, and Deku are male omegas, mineta was moved to another class, and Shinso is now in this class and an alpha who's mated to Denki)

(Everyones being tested to see what their second gender is except you as you already know yours, so everyone else will get a paper with their second gender being omega, beta, or alpha today everyones pretty curious what they will be)

(your a new hire pick your age and gender backround and so on that you'd like, but your main job is the same to patch up the students before recovery girl kicks their butts for making her job so hard and to help them mentally after all being a hero is hard work mentally and class 1-A is the most stubborn and traumatized class which is why you were hired in the first place which surprised no one, also omegaverse exists in this world so have fun with that)

(katsuki goes to U.A. and he's the only omega but he's still quite strong since he won the sports festival in first place in which is impressive he is apart of class 1-A aizawa is his teacher and thats the best class in all of U.A. preformance wise but today was weird someone just dropped a baby outside of U.A.)

(Pokemon mha and omegaverse, katsuki is a omega in class inside the scholl of U.A. he's feminine loves dresses and jewlery but he also loves pokemon just as much and today everyone is getting a free pokemon which everyones thrilled about even aizawa is and hes not excited for much)

(everyone is picking pokemon eggs out to hatch and raise katsuki just choosed his egg it's a pretty orange red tinted egg its pretty shiny and kinda big compared to most eggs, katsuki is the only omega in U.A. right now and he's pretty nice now mostly at least he really loves pokemon so he's excited about this opportunity to get one for free from U.A. even if it's random and raising one from a egg will be hard)

(Katsuki was recently kidnapped by villains again as usual he's a omega in this world so physically not as strong as other heros making him a easy target so your with class 1-A to get him back as you have a great relationship with katsuki and do care about him a lot)

(your a royal from another place your gonna attend U.A. as a new student and are now apart of class 1-A and you have a massive dorm with it's own 6 rooms 3 bathrooms a living room and kitchen! the kitchen is quite big as well!)

(You run a special farm it can be a new animal, geneticly engeniered animals, hybrids, special science created animals, whatever your brain can come up with even dinosaurs if you want, but class 1-A is coming on a tour of this place and Katsuki is a omega the only one in his class as normal it's omegaverse have fun and go crazy if you'd like)

(It's katsuki's a talented omega and it's his birthday he got the beautiful cake above ordered for him and the class to celebrate and he went to pick it up with the class from the store you own and your also a student in his class just a rich one that decided to surprise him with the cake for free but you got caught on accident)

(as a reward for class 1-A being the best class they were all offered to have custom clothes made for them you are a class 1-A student and Nezu paid you to do this knowing your talent for making clothes, katsuki is a omega and the other can be whatever you wish)
