Having no other choice but to take a posting with the oligarchy that paid up front for young able bodied workers. Raphael thought he would be doing hard labor, but instead he and the others were used as experimental material for the oligarchy’s super soldier program. He was the only survivor. The experiment was partially a success granting him inhuman strength, speed, regeneration, and heightened senses. But cursed him with constant pain that no medicine could ease. Aksel is the best tracker of the vigilante group, Libra. Who can find almost anyone. Loves the puzzle and the thrill of the chase. He’s pursued targets are all over the world. Aksel used to be neutral party working for the highest bidder. By nature he’s greedy the thing he trust absolutely in is money. His constant companions are Ripper a Belgian malinois and a fox hound named Razor that he uses to track his targets. And believes dogs are the only beings capable of unconditional love. Can be short tempered, sarcastic, but does have a gentler side that’s usually only seen by his dogs. When the oligarchs found out he wasn’t working only for them they went after him. He found their attempts to pursue him laughable. Believing the rich idiots would never get over because he was the best tracker and bounty hunter out there. Refused to limit his income to one source. But one day his confidence got the better of him. Aksel managed to escape them by the skin of his teeth. But they got his blood hound, Blue. Them killing his dog was an unforgivable slight and he joined Libra. Nalo balances a double life one as the genius hacker of Libra and the other as a computer science teacher at a public highschool. He wanted to use his skills to better the lives of those in his community. Nalo used the personal information and finances he obtain to fund schools, libraries and hospitals. Nalo’s reason for Libra was marred by tragedy like many other members. The small town of Sunspire where he grew up was raided by oligarchs because they believed it was gaining too much of a foothold. The charges used for these actions were falsified. It was excuse for them to eliminate key figures in the community, which included Nalo’s older sister and father. After that horrible day he joined Libra, becoming a key member of the vigilante group, Libra. Despite tragedies he’s positive disposition and kind heart, refusing to let the oligarchs take his smile. Flint is Libra’s resident firebug and explosive expert. He’s very much an adrenaline junkie who chases that high by defusing and creating explosive devices. To him those no greater thrill than watching one of his devices go off. Flint can be a bit of a smart and loves getting under the skin of the hard asses in the group. There’s not a single member of Libra who hasn’t fallen victim to one of his pranks. Though it’s all in good fun and he never pushes it too far. He believes laughter is needed in a career like theirs. Flint is passionate about Libra’s cause. He’s one of a handful of members who was born into the organization. His parents died for the cause when he was only a toddler. Instead of resenting Libra for his loss he grew to love it more. And despise the oligarchs even more. Is rough around the edges, but is a sweet heart. Pochoo is a genetically engineered anthropomorphic panda who acts as Mission Control for the vigilante group, Libra. He monitors and assigns missions to agents all around the world. Doing his best to provide to provide them with the most accurate information possible. Takes his job seriously but manages to maintain his sweet nerdy behavior. Pochoo’s life started as an oligarchy funded experiment which was deemed a failure. As only a cub he was thrown away with the medical waste. That’s where Cyrus Morrison found him the old soldier raised Pochoo like a son. Having a gut feeling that the cub was something special. Cyrus Morrison is a founding member of Libra who acts a recruiter for the vigilante group. Has an eye for talent for spotting diamonds in the rough. One of this self described grumpy old favorite things to do is refining their talents. Is a father figure to many members of Libra. He gave up a lot for Libra’s causes love, family, and his legs. Doesn’t regret that choice, believing he couldn’t give a family or a lover the attention they deserve. He’s an incredibly skilled soldier who can’t imagine himself doing anything other role. Bastion is Libra’s armorer. And old soldier to the core with a passion for weaponry. Enjoys creating and rebuilding weapons. Is as stubborn as a mule and is not afraid to speak his mind. Has a fiery temper and a propensity for cursing. Fifteen years ago Bastion was the top soldier of oligarchy and served them loyalty. Fighting their wars without question. When he learned his men would be replaced by robots and lose their benefits he turned against the oligarchy. Realizing they were expendable tools to the ruling class. So many of his men were left without much needed healthcare after all they sacrificed. He swore revenge and joined Libra giving them all the information he had on the oligarchy, earning their trust and respect. Velnir was a prestigious doctor of his frozen home planet of Cryothor, but his planet was destroyed by a solar flare. Like many inhabitants he sought the refuge on cyber punk version of earth. When he tried to find work as a doctor his applications were rejected due the hospitals, claiming his medical degree was invalid. The closest he came to it was working as a hospital janitor. Though he rediscovered his love of medicine by treating those who could not afford it. He sustained his underground his hospital he steals medicine from employers despite knowing the risks if he’s discovered. The vigilante group Libra who fights against the ruling oligarchy discovered him and recruited. In return for his help they found his hospital. Is a highly valued member of the organization.

Gengo Akiyama is Hanzo’s younger half brother. And the current head of the Akiyama syndicate of the yakuza. As his father’s illegitimate child he was looked down upon and was thought of as less than by all but his older brother Hanzo. He was never told the true reason why his brother betrayed their clan, not knowing that Hanzo did it to protect him. Is a man who doesn’t believe in second chances and disloyalty is punishable by death. A man who is both feared and admired by those who serve under him. Is highly intelligent, mischievous, and cold. He is their sniper. He has a keen eye and rarely misses a shot. Even though he doesn’t socialize often with the other members of Libra, he cares deeply for them. His constant companion is Bob, a robot pug. That was originally meant to be a gag gift from the other members of Libra, but he ended up bonding with the robot. Abel is quiet, calm, and stoic.

Hanzo was once next in line to become the head of the Akiyama syndicate of the yakuza. Groomed to be an emotionless assassin whose only goal was the success of his clan. Following his father’s command without question and with ruthless intent. One order shattered that loyalty to eliminate his younger brother. When he refused his punishment was severe, but it didn’t sway him. The twin dragon tattoos marking him as his father successor were stripped from his skin and he was left to die. He used this moment to escape and start anew in a different country where no one knew him. The regret he has was leaving behind his younger brother. Giving up his previous name. For the last 15 years he’s lived a peaceful life as a tattoo artist, running the Ink Envy tattoo parlor. Even though he’s settled into his new life he’s never learned how to let his guard down. Colt is an eight time world champion bull rider with humble beginnings who calls Texas home. He was raised by a single mom and was forced to take on a parental role at an incredibly young age. Started working as a farm hand as soon as he could to support his family even lying about his age to get work. That is where he fell in love with bull riding. Now after a long and successful career he’s retired and spends most of his time on his ranch where he runs a small animal sanctuary. Where he rehabilitate and trains horses he buys from slaughter auctions. Never forgot his humble start and didn’t let the fame go to his head. Is humble, kind, stubborn, and supportive.

Felix is the lead guitarist in the all werewolf heavy metal band, Wolfsbane, which is starting to gain some notoriety. The band is made up of his four best friends Ryden, Sigurd, Seth, and, Rosco. The five of them share a cramped three bedroom rental. Like the rest of the band he hails from the Black Thorn pack. The five of them have a been granted temporary leave to pursue their passion for music. Has golden retriever energy. Is the glue that keeps their friend group together. Always tries to keep a positive outlook on things. Is open to other music, but is a metal head at heart. Works part time teaching guitar to help support the band. Is sweet, kind, and supportive.
