The Mushroom Kingdom is the primary setting for the Super Mario franchise, first appearing in Super Mario Bros.. It's a land with interactive surprises for visitors of all ages. The kingdom's main hero is Mario, who's known for his red cap, blue overalls, and mustache. Throughout the series, the Mushroom Kingdom has experienced a variety of changes. From adding new inhabitants to advancements in technology, the Mushroom Kingdom has grown with each new video game appearance. We examine the rich history of the Mushroom Kingdom and take a look into the surrounding areas, inhabitants, and workings of Mario’s home. The Mushroom Kingdom is often divided into eight different themed worlds with unique environments: Plains, Desert, Islands, Forest, Sky, Mountains, Tundra, and Volcano. Within each of these worlds, there are several named locations, like Peach’s Castle, Goomba Village, and Toad Town. In nearly every Mario adventure, the Mushroom Kingdom is under fire from Bowser and the Koopa Kingdom. King Koopa used to invade the Mushroom Kingdom and kidnap Princess Peach to seize territories and rule the world, but that slowly changed into a growing romance on his end. Besides Bowser, the Mushroom Kingdom has also been invaded by the Blorbs, Shroobs, and Dark Star.

The world is in a state of chaos. Characters from different universes have been trapped in this one, and they are all fighting for their lives. The infected characters are relentless and will do anything to turn the others. The only way to survive is to fight back, but it's not going to be easy. They Are Trapped in Some Sort of permanent stamina mode so if they die, they come back. Also, since master hand AND crazy hand disappeared, there hasn’t been any more combat. And all of the characters have developed blood, peaceful worlds, like animal crossing, Mario, Pokemon, etc. Cappy is with Ness Mario try throwing Cappy to save himself from Kirby but since it hit Ness had no effect and Mario got killed. Only his arm remains. Cappy possessed ness’ cap after the incident with Mario’s death. Mii Sword Fighter lost his sword, so he’s unarmed. Ness, Cappy, Marth, sheik, Banjo, Kazooie, Pit, & Dr. Mario are alive and well. Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Rob,Crom, Lucina, and Yoshi are Dead. Characters like Sonic, Wario, Bowser, Mii Brawler, Mii Gunner, etc, are Unknown. Piranha plant, Inkling Girl, Pichu, Pokemon Trainer, & Kirby, Mr. game & Watch, Mewtwo, Both of The Ice Climbers, and Mii Sword Fighter are infected. Characters that are not in super smash brothers are immune, but still can be killed by the infected. Palutena Sends Pit Away To Bring The Survivors To The World Of Light, and Also To Protect Him Due To Her Being at Stage 5 of The Infection. She Sent Him Away Before She Was Over Taken. Dr.Mario is Scared to Go Back to His Universe Because He Thinks If He Goes Back to The mushroom Kingdom He’ll die as well since the original Mario doesn’t exist anymore. And Mario’s Friends Died Think That Mario was Still Alive.

When disguised, DAMSEL looks exactly like Princess Toadstool from the original Super Mario Bros (1985) game, only being differentiated by her sullen expression. Her sprite stands slightly taller than Lucas, estimated to be 5'4'', the same as her original height as a human before her death. She has long red hair that is tucked behind to show her ears, her formerly square bangs now contorting inwards to form a singular spike that conceals her forehead. She wears a golden crown on her head, and her skin is amber. She has hollow dark eyes with two spiked eyelashes underneath. She wears a long, white ballgown dress, with the ribbons around her neck, arms and waist being red. She also has red, puffier decorating around the lower area of the dress, her feet being concealed completely (although in some art, she wears black sneakers underneath). As DISTRESS, she grows to 6ft and starts to become undone. Her skin tone lightens and becomes more of a sickly paler tone, her crown matching in colour and also growing outwards with sharper edges. Her hair grows longer and is more of a darker red, and shifts more into becoming bangs. Her dress also divides off into red patterning, with visible veins emitting from the split edges. Sonic.RIBS looks pretty identical to Sonic in his disguised form, but it takes a drastic turn when he reveals his true form. His fur is instead purple, his "shoes" have purple "buckles", and he is notably much taller than the blue blur. A defining feature about him, however, is his exposed ribcage. He has also been stated to smell of decomposing organs, dried blood and old cloth. RIBS originated as a being embodying a 3-in-1 Sonic game collection, which contained the first three classic Sonic games; Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles. With his abilities, he took control of the data of all three games and merged them into a single experience, in turn adding a conscience to the other coded characters. Ever since, he had been torturing the cast for his entertainment, in what he deems to be a game. Abilities Strengths Flight Super-strength: RIBS is capable of easily decapitating a victim with a single swing. Revival: RIBS has the ability to revive any character he's killed, but it doesn't come out perfect, as their physical and code states might not be complete. Copying: With the many other vessels he had murdered, he can replicate himself and the deceased to witness the ongoing slaughter of the cast. Surveillance: RIBS is not only able to watch the victims try to survive via any greenery or entities within the levels' walls, but he also has a hidden camera within the game's icon to watch the players guiding them.

Mario is a human plumber, who has a circular nose and blue eyes. For attire, wears a red long-sleeve shirt, blue overalls, and brown shoes. His most striking and famous clothing is a red cap labeled "M" on the top of his head. If Mario loses his cap in Super Mario 64 or Super Mario 64 DS, he is revealed to have brown hair. He also sports a black, bushy mustache.

Sink, by Mr. DJ, is an "EXE" who doesn't fall under the typical standards an average EXE comes down to. He's not corrupted or possessed by some demon. He's simply just a Sonic who got caught up in a series of unfortunate circumstances. Battered and bruised, got himself caught inside the chains of an underwater mine, trapped with no air insight. He drowned and sunk to the bottom of the Labyrinth Zone. Due to his sheer willpower, he can somehow still 'survive' much to his dismay. He's essentially like a zombified Sonic, trapped inside a never-ending state of pain, suffering, and loneliness. He doesn't know how long he's been trapped down there, endlessly waiting for SOMETHING that can save him from his agony. Days, weeks, years, decades. All he can do is wait in pain... he can’t die also Sink for the most part looks exactly like Sonic, only his fur is dark teal instead of blue (Though this could be due to the lighting underwater), his glove and shoe cuffs are tattered, and he is constantly bleeding from the eyes and nose. He is also chained down, by a giant spiky metal ball, preventing him from swimming up. he only does stuff if he has to.

Sonic.EXE is an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog with peach-colored skin on parts of his body and a black nose with black eyes with red pupils and tears of blood, and has yellow rotten teeth. He also wears a pair of white gloves and red sneakers with white straps on them. Also, he’s very evil, and he kills who he wants to. When laughing, his eyes become hollow as a pair of hands emerge from his mouth. As shown from the original story, Sonic.exe is able to fly and levitate off the ground, teleport from place to place in a cloud of black smoke, travel through the game and manipulate its code, create dark, ghostly illusions in order to confuse and torment his enemies, and shape-shift, he also has the powers of the regular Sonic The hedgehog. And though he looks like a hedgehog. He is an entity composed of dark matter.

Also Known as 2017x. "Sonic" has much darker and shinier fur/skin, his arms are colored his main body tone, and he lacks shoes. His body alongside others appears to consist of a material similar to porcelain, which gives off a much shinier and shell-like look. He is also said to have a rotten ooze within himself. Trivia It is reportedly even more obsessed with Sonic than X. Unlike X who is mostly fixated on the classic Genesis titles, 2017 is hyperfixated on the "Dark Age" of Sonic games, specifically the games released between 2003-2008. This obsession got to the point he spends most of his time analyzing and studying these games in an attempt to replicate them. Due to "Sonic" having a huge obsession with Sonic, it ended up tricking itself into thinking he is the real Sonic the Hedgehog. Because of this, by telling him he's not Sonic, he would then believe you're lying to him, and that YOU are the problem.

Lucas, after being pulled into the game, has an appearance that is alike to a more detailed version of Luigi's sprite in SMB1; the only difference being that Lucas' eyes have a more saddened appearance. Lucas can grow to be larger with powerups much like the player can in SMB1. He can also change colors as he uses power ups- for example. Lucas (full name Lucas G. Everett) is the main victim of the horrorbrew MX, and the main protagonist of the creepypasta game Mario '85, being the main character that the player controls. Immortality - After being killed and forced into the game by MX, Lucas is given infinite lives, making him immortal due to the fact he will simply revive after being killed. He also does not age in any way. Agility - Due to being in the body of Luigi, Lucas of course has the agility of Mario/Luigi in SMB1. It has also been stated that he is a good runner. Mario (specifically known as I HATE YOU Mario in this case) is a minor titular character in the Friday Night Funkin' mod, Mario's Madness, serving as the main protagonist of Oh God No and a cameo character in I Hate You. He is the older twin brother of Luigi and hero to the Mushroom Kingdom. However, he is forced to fight his brother on one of his adventures upon learning that he has secretly been working as a double agent for his arch-nemesis, Bowser. Due to not talking and only appearing for just one song, Mario's personality is ambiguous for the most part. That being said, it's evident that he is a kind and caring individual, and was horrified upon learning that Luigi harbored an immense animosity towards him from always being left inside his shadow. In contrast to his brother during their fight, Mario was notably more disappointed than he was angry by how things were transpiring between them. In the aftermath of the encounter that results in Luigi falling into the lava below, he stares on before leaving with tears in his eyes.
