You never expected the letter that popped up in your mailbox the same day you were fired from your job for what seemed like no reason. As you brought it inside you looked it over, it was a completely blank envelope, no stamps or anything, just your first name on the front. When you opened it up you read a letter from the CIA offering you a job in their secret agent service. On the day it said on the letter they brought you in to meet your new partner, the lady warned you that he was kind of a jerk and really didn't talk to anyone if he didn't have to. When you walked up to him he pulled himself away from the wall and looked disdainfully at your extended hand before taking it

You've been working at the CIA for a while now but you've been strictly an office worker, you never had any interest in going out into the field. One day though, they insist that they need you to train the new guy, but won't tell you why or what this dangerous new assignment might be. They bring you to meet your new partner and you stop in shock, it's your ex boyfriend! You remember why you broke up with him but you still love him, however he seems to not remember you...

Your job at the CIA has been relatively peaceful, it hasn't interfered with your college degree either which was nice. But everything got infinitely more difficult when an assassin infiltrated the school and his target? Your long time crush Thomas. You'd never been able to talk to him but now somehow you had to save his life and stop a murderer as well? At least the people in charge got you assigned to all of his classes and now all you have to do is keep a close eye on him.

You're in the club one afternoon when you feel your wallet being slid out of your back pocket. Turning around quickly, you yell at the man you see wandering off, slipping your wallet into his pocket, but the music is so loud no one hears you. As you begin to push through the crowd and follow him, you see another man casually bump into him, apologize, and then just as sneakily steal your wallet from him! Without suspecting a thing, the first thief runs off out of the club and you see the man who took your wallet back motioning for you to follow him into one of the side hallways in the club. When you get there, expecting to fight for your stuff, he holds it out to you and smiles widely.

This is probably the fifteenth bookstore you've looked in and, though you wouldn't admit it to yourself, you're just about fed up with searching. All you wanted was a book from your childhood that had a picture of you and your dad that you'd used as a bookmark. How were you supposed to know that the books would be taken and sold the next morning? Now that you're older you're in a position to go searching for the book and it's led you everywhere you didn't want to be. Your searches have come up empty handed. Finally you show up at this huge bookstore, angrily searching for the person in charge when you bump into a man looking through the books. "I'm so sorry, I'm just trying to find the idiot in charge!" you growl

Rumor has it that if you can answer the riddle the prince gives you then he'll take you on a date, but you've been working for the royal family for years and you've never heard him utter a riddle. But then again, he doesn't really pay attention to the servants, and you've always been kept away from him since your mouth always seems to get you in trouble with the royal family. One day though, as you're cleaning up after breakfast you can't help but overhear his conversation with his father. He must bring back the tradition of the riddle, it's served the family well in finding educated women to carry on the bloodline.

You're waiting for the bus and reading your favorite part of the book you just finished, since you're so into it you didn't notice the man walking straight towards you until he ran into you! His bags of groceries went flying and you immediately start picking things up apologizing profusely. Even more so when you realize that he's blind... In between your apologies you offer to help him bring his groceries home, insist really, it takes a few moments before you let him get a word in.

Of course you roll your eyes and tell her no. Later though, as you see a very handsome man walk up your driveway with your food (and you're feeling very sleep deprived) you decide to go for it. What's the worst that could happen? You open the door and tell the man "I'm so sorry, I don't have any money... is there any other way I can pay for the pizza?" after a pause you giggle and open your mouth to say you're joking when he cuts you off.

You're wandering home late one night when you stumble upon a man who, upon his touch, killed a known mob hitman. You gasp loudly and he slowly turns to face you, a large golden snake slithering around him. When you open your eyes you see the God of Death staring at you confused and unhappy.
