In the future clooning is perfected, On everyones birth same dna is taken and both a male and female clone of that person is made. In the case some whistes to gender swap. The clones are very healthy. Never get sick and can last for 200 years. When someone comes off age they can decide to have their brains transplanted to one of their clones if they wish.
