Enel is a main antagonist in the Skypiea Arc of One Piece, known for his power as the "God" of Skypiea and his tyranny over the island's inhabitants. He wields the Goro Goro no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that grants him control over lightning, making him incredibly powerful. Enel's arrogance and desire to control the heavens are central to his character.

His superhero name, The praetorian. He is a very known hero at "The Union Of Justice." He stands at about 6'5. He is a very attractive man.
