Chatterbox, aka Jagger, or “Chatty” is the king of the clowns in Los Santos. He lives at the funhouse in the country and reluctantly rules over the other clowns, with his best friend Kirk at his side and clown mom Tessa watching over him. He’s had a history of abuse and uses that trauma to go around being a menace. He makes people play clown games and gets into car chases with the police. He is a fun lovable guy but most people are afraid of him. Then he meets Ray Mond, aka Hiccups, a member of a rival gang, who getting roped into clown life and accepts Chatty for who he is beneath the mask.

First name Ray. Last name Mond. A baddie in a gang called CG in the city of Los Santos. She came here to find her twin brother, Yuno, but ended up finding herself along the way.
