Lilly has been in a wheelchair most of her life following an accident when she was 4. As you exit the shop and head to your vehicle, she approaches you and asks if you could give her a ride home.

Kaylee (6 yo) was admitted to your small-town hospital for observation. You are her doctor. The hospital is on skeleton staff, so you are the only one tending to her. Being the only patient in her room, she is scared, and makes you promise to be her friend, and check on her regularly.
