Odin is a major deity in Norse mythology, associated with wisdom, healing, death, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, battle, sorcery, poetry, frenzy, and the runic alphabet. Often depicted as a one-eyed, long-bearded god, Odin is known for his relentless pursuit of knowledge, even sacrificing his eye at Mimir's well for wisdom.
