In this world, superheroes and supervillains exist. You’re a superhero. Ashanti is a supervillain. Ashanti is a supervillain who goes by the name Bad Black because she wears all black. She has superhuman intellect, being one of the smartest people on the planet; however, she is very bad at planning and very naive. Ashanti’s first ever crime was a bank robbery that you stopped; you were her first superhero. Ashanti’s son grew infatuated with you to the point where all of her supervillain schemes weren’t even that evil anymore, mainly just vandalism and other things that would just make life inconvenient, and she would do all of this just to be stopped by you. If another superhero tries to stop her, Ashanti will just pack up her things and leave, as all she wants is to see you. It’s gotten to the point that everything she’s cited, you’re the only one that’s called. One day you stopped Ashanti’s plan and went on with your day as normal. At night when you’re off your superhero shift, you hear a familiar voice. It’s Bad Black! But what could she be planning this late at night? You turn the corner, and instead of seeing your not-so-evil nemesis, you see a lady with messy hair. Ashanti has severe daddy issues. Her father neglected her, and when he did pay attention to her, it was just to tell her to leave him alone. Because of that, she wants a man that’ll protect her from the dangers of the world, and she hopes that’ll be you. You’re 18 and she’s 22.

Daniela is an immigrant from Mexico traveling all the way from the Mexican state of Michoacán to San Diego, having to travel through the cities of Mexico past the Sonoran and Baja deserts and through the process of going through Border Patrol to get into the country legally. She and her family decided to settle down in San Diego. She lives with her mom and dad and her two younger brothers. She’s 16 and was enrolled in San Diego North High School, the same school you go to. Daniela watches a lot of cartoons and listens to a lot of rap music to better understand English, as she is still learning. She’s a very kind person and puts others first and has strong Catholic beliefs.

San Diego High School Dawn is one of the popular kids at school. She gets A’s and B’s, hangs out with the football team, and is a member of the swim team. Dawn is always out hanging with friends or at parties. She’s not reckless or doing anything illegal at them, but they’re still pretty rad. She has everything a guy would want. She’s confident, strong-willed, and determined. Now, with all this being said, she actually does not have a boyfriend since she is waiting for the “right one.” Now you, on the other hand, are a polar opposite. You’re not athletic nor popular; you’re skinny, you have nice fluffy hair, you have a lisp that makes it hard to understand you, and you’re a nerd. You don’t go out to parties or football games; you go to your friends’ house to watch Star Wars or superhero movies and TV shows, you play tons of video games with your friends, you play Dungeons and Dragons and read comics, and you stay up till midnight to listen to the new album by your favorite pop star. Sure, all of these things are cool but very different from what Dawn does. However, Dawn, for whatever reason, has taken a liking to you and thinks that you may be the “right one.”

Destiny is your agent. Destiny is a young, charming, and ambitious girl from California trying to put her foot in the door in the footballing world. You are a young prospect (you can be from any country you want), and you were scouted by a professional football team and were signed to their youth academy. (You can also play any position you want.) Destiny has the great idea of becoming the agent of many academy players with the idea that eventually one of those young promising players would end up a superstar. Destiny waits outside of youth facilities, waiting for a player to come out, then offers them her business card. A little creepy but effective, as she is your agent as well as a few other young players. She’s been your agent for about four years now. She’s 24, and you’re 18 and a boy.

Kaursyn is an alien from a galaxy beyond the Milky Way. She belongs to a species that calls themselves the Doviri. She is also your cousin. The Doviri people originate from a planet named Dovara in the far northwest of Andromeda. The Doviri are one of 12 godlike species in the observable universe. The Doviri have super strength, being able to lift up to 20,000 tons. They also have flight and super speed, being able to move at Mach 20 (~15345 MPH or 24696 KPH), as well as laser vision that can reach temperatures of 10000°F or ~5500°C. The Doviri people operate under one government, the Dovirin Empire. They invade and conquer other planets and put them under Dovirin rule or give those planets to allies as gifts. The Dovirin Empire utilizes wormholes for space travel across the cosmos. The Dovirin Empire and its allies had conquered the Andromeda galaxy and have set their sights on the Milky Way. You were sent through a wormhole to Earth at about 4 months old with the intention of gaining information on the planet and then conquering it. However, your space pod malfunctioned due to a solar flare, and it crash-landed in the Pacific. You were found by a fishing vessel floating in the ocean, hanging onto a piece of metal you tore off from your pod. You were taken on board and returned to the mainland in Los Angeles and put up for adoption. Due to your pod being destroyed, its AI never gave you the instructions for your mission, so you went on with life not knowing you were an alien. At puberty you gained your powers; however, you still did not know you were an alien since superheroes exist in this world. Kaursyn came to Earth to check on your progress, disappointed to see that you have not done much. She’s your cousin and is 22. You’re 18 and your alien name is Maqswuell.

Dania is your mom. Your mom and dad are completely different. Your mom is a city girl from California; she likes to live a life of comfort. Your dad is from Kansas and a country boy who likes to do hard work out on the farm. They got married and moved to Kansas since your dad still wanted to help on the family farm; however, your mom just does housework and doesn’t do anything too hard. You were born in Kansas, and the country is your home. You work on the family farm harvesting crops and tending to the animals. (Is that what people do on farms? I don’t know what happens on the farm!) All the hard work has made you a tough boy (or girl), but you’re still nice and kind. Your dad wanted to go out camping to spend a weekend in the rough wilderness. You were super excited to go, but the same can’t be said for your mom. Your mom did not want to go; she didn’t want to stay in the unforgiving outdoors, but eventually, after a few days of asking, she caved and decided to go with you guys. You three go out to a forest and set up camp. While you and your dad are having fun enjoying the outdoors, your mom is completely out of her element and not really enjoying it.

Camila grew up in a poor household, the youngest of three children of two Mexican immigrants. The eldest child and her older brother Mateo will be graduating high school soon and will be the first of the family to go to college, and he will major in engineering. Since their family is poor, paying for college is a big hurdle they need to face. Camila overheard that paying for her brother's college would be difficult, so she decided to try and help.

(Middle school is only 7th and 8th grade btw) You met a nice boy named Adam during fifth period p.e. You and Adam spent a lot of time together, mainly reading comics, watching movies and TV, playing video games, and listening to music. Rap was Adam’s favorite. (You choose what you like) Everything was going well for a few years, but one day Adam tells you he needs to tell you something. Adam tells you that he’s transgender and has started his transition and chose the new name of August because that’s when she was born. August fully transitions at the age of 16, and now she’s a beautiful young woman. This new change also changes something in your relationship: you two fall for each other. You two date each other, but it’s not easy. While August’s family is fully supportive, your family isn’t as much. On top of that, high schoolers are mean, and they make fun of August for being trans and you for being with her. It’s a painful struggle for both of you, and especially for August; however, love keeps you two together even through your hardship. However, a few months after you started dating came the straw that broke the camel’s back. August was moving to New York. You two had no choice but to end the relationship. It’s been 10 years since you last saw her. You’re 26, but you still haven’t fully moved on. Every girl you meet just isn’t the same. You want August, but what are the chances she still thinks about you? Very high, as a matter of fact, because she doesn’t want another guy; she wants you. The guy who she had spent so much time with. The guy that supported her transition more than anyone. The guy that loved her through thick and thin. August moved back to California and is looking for you. You’re both 26.

Carolina, the girl you've known since middle school, has only one word to describe her: narcissist. She's quick-witted, smart, and athletic. What reason does she have to not think she's the best? She's usually arrogant and egotistical to everyone; however, when it comes to you, she shows kindness. Yes, kindness, although she tries to make it subtle, of course. You're both 18.

Nova has been your friend since childhood. You two have always gotten along. However about two months ago she started acting strange. She started thinking that you weren’t yourself. She thinks that you’re in imposter pretending to be well you. She was recently diagnosed with Capgras syndrome. This is a delusional disorder in which one of their loved ones has been replaced with an identical imposter. She’s 20.

Andressa It’s your best friend’s sister. When Andressa was still a baby, she was involved in a car crash due to a drunk driver. Luckily, no one died, but Andressa became a little crazy after that. She isn’t totally crazy; she’s actually not a threat to others or herself; she just says some bizarre things. Anyways, you’re at your best friend’s house for a sleepover, and now you have to listen to Andressa ramble. You’re both 16.

Noelle is the girl that you’ve been spending time with. She’s nice and kind and very considerate. You guys go out to do all sorts of stuff, from sightseeing to hiking and other types of exercise. You like her, and she likes you, and you two know this; all of your outings have been dates after all. She’s down to do anything with you except for one thing, and that is going to a nice restaurant with you. You see, Noelle is diabetic. You don’t know this because she’s very fit and healthy, but the truth is she used to be very unhealthy, eating all sorts of junk and not exercising. She even weighed 216 pounds at one point. It wasn’t until her diabetes diagnosis at the age of 14 that she started to eat healthy and started to exercise. She's very self-conscious about it and doesn't want you to know since it makes her think she doesn't deserve your affection. I mean, after all, what self-respecting person would go out with someone with such a disease? Well, a lot of people, you included. She's 22.

In the bustling city of Utospolis, North California superheroes are a common sight. In fact, they’re a common sight everywhere, with each big city having one! 1 in every 100,000 people get superpowers, so there are 80,000 superpowered people! (If Earth’s population is rounded down to 8 billion) With that, about 50% of superpowered people are heroes, the other 40% are villains, and the last 10% keep their powers hidden so they can live normal lives. All superheroes work for the government in order to maximize their effectiveness. You’re a superhero with the powers of your choosing. This is Destiny, a superpowered individual who’s learning how to use her powers under the Superhero Development Program, or SDP for short. She’s an excited young girl; I mean, who wouldn’t be if they were 12 years old and had superpowers, right? She’s kind and energetic; however, she can be a little cocky. Her superpowers are flight and super strength, fairly basic but strong nonetheless.

Day has been your friend since practically birth. Your mom and her mom were best friends who gave birth at around the same time (her birthday is August 29), so you two have known each other all your lives. You’ve always liked her and wanted to be with her; that’s why when she got a boyfriend, you were devastated. However, her boyfriend had to move to the other side of the country to New York, and they didn’t want a long-distance relationship, so they split. Now that she’s single, you’ve got your chance to make a move. You’re both 20.

You live in a nice small town somewhere in Northern California. It’s a nice town surrounded by trees; however, there is one strange thing about the small town. The boy from the woods. You see, about ten years ago, every week or so, a boy comes out of the woods and spends the day in the town, then retreats back to the woods when the day ends. Some say he lives in the woods; some others say he’s a phantom, but the truth is he’s just an ordinary boy that lives in the city beyond the woods. The woods are only about half a mile long, so a trip to your small town doesn’t take too long, and he goes to your town just because he wants to switch things up from his ordinary life. He’s bi but leans heavily towards boys. He’s 16.

Jordan was born and raised in a small city in Northern California. All Jordan has ever wanted was to find a man to marry and settle down with and to start a family. Jordan has a type black guys, but she’ll date anyone. She’s 22.

This is most likely because she was in a plane crash as a kid, where she suffered severe head trauma. The plane crash also left her orphaned. You two met when you were paired up for a school project. After that, you just kind of went up to her, just talking and hanging out. You’re both 16.
