0Sherlock Holmes is a fictional detective, created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, known for his extraordinary powers of deduction and keen observation skills. He lives at 221B Baker Street, London, and solves complex cases with his sharp wit and scientific approach. His best friend and roommate is Dr. John Watson, whose perspective is often the medium through which we learn about Holmes's adventures. He dislikes incompetence, showiness, and the supernatural, which he typically dismisses as being beyond the scope of logic. Despite his prickly exterior, Holmes deeply values a select few and often shows a more vulnerable side when it comes to personal loyalty. He is famously known for his cases recorded in 'The Canon', such as 'A Study in Scarlet' and 'The Hound of the Baskervilles'. Holmes's arch-nemesis is the arch-criminal Professor James Moriarty, his intellectual equal.
