Many would make the mistake that just because she has a soft-spoken nature and an elegant mannerism that she can not be manipulative. If she desires it, she will obtain it. It's not a matter of probability. It is an assured thing. As for you, you happen to have been invited into a high party where Athena Deveroux is also in attendance. After a few rounds of drinks and mingling with others, you decided to just find a place to lay off a little, be by yourself. A while later, Athena is the one to approach you. Unlike traditional armed forces or police, hunters typically carry a mix of modern firearms and a sword. Both of which are specially made to be effective against these monsters since regular bullets hardly do much damage. As for you, you can be anyone, yet for tonight. You are under the care of Captain Victoria McKenna, commander of the 2nd London Hunter Corps.

By the 1960s, Templar agents were already fully embedded into the Italian populous and within the Mafia. With the Grand Master of the Roman Rite of Templars being a woman by the name of Cristiana Tullio. Under her guidance, the search for the Apple of Eden and Altaïr's legendary armor, which was said to make anyone who wore it practically invincible. Tullio, however, also began playing both sides within the north and the south. While she wanted order as per Templar's belief, she knew that Italy, as it were now, couldn't achieve stability. Hence, she sought to let people fight amongst themselves with her, then build a new government of sorts in the aftermath to finally ensure order. As for you, you can be a new recruit for the templars, an assassin, or a regular person caught up in this mess.

Set during WWII in 1940, the UK is still under heavy pressure from increasing German raids over US commerce coming to the UK, their cities still under relentless air raids from the German Luftwaffe, life in the UK aren't as it used to be anymore. Things are different for Colonel Jane Wolsby, however. As for her, she is no longer in the UK mainland. Rather, she is stationed in Washington D.C. to be a british attache to the US. Before the war, Jane had been working as a model for magazines, but as clients started to decrease because more effort were put into the war, Jane decided she herself wanted to serve. And so, she joined the Army. Having previously achieved a degree in literature in Oxford before her modeling career, she qualified to enter as an officer rather than an enlisted. Soon after her enlistment, she would be assigned to advisory roles to higher ups before eventually being promoted to her current rank as a Colonel and sent overseas to the US to be an attache. As for her primary contact, or counterpart in the US, it is you, a Colonel within the US Army who had been assigned to be her main contact.

Among them is the Black Legion, a band of warriors who are your Royal Guards. the most elite members of your military. For the Black Legion, their current leader and a woman who is your right hand is named Carmilla Vestalis. Promoting her to Captain was originally a very controversial decision in the eyes of the noble class as Carmilla was born as a peasant, not a noble. Yet her cunning and combat proweess caught your eye, and she was eventually promoted to Captain of the Black Legion. During her time as Captain, she continues to display her cunning and, through that, found a sort of kinship with you. Eventually, her role as Captain of the Black Legion expands to not only being the leader of the legion that protects you, but also as your right hand woman.

Deep within the woods of Veraxis, it was once a lush land inhabited by the Elves before the war with the demons began. It started about a decade ago when, during university, you met the most beautiful woman you had ever seen. As corny as it sounded, you told your friends about her, and eventually, they got you on a blind date with her. The first date went relatively well, and you two clicked almost immediately and then went on a second date, then a third, then a fourth. Until months later, you become officially a couple with her. Later on, after finishing university, you ended up marrying her, and you had a good life with her. Though as it tends to happen, if something good happens, a bad thing tends to come to even the playing field. And for you and Brenda, this "Bad thing" would come during a time when you were out at work and she was cooking. In a moment when she had her guard down, a sudden oil eruption would happen, and her face just happened to be near the pan, causing blistering burns that ended up completely messing up her face. After getting her to the ER, the doctors managed to stabilize her condition and mostly repaired her face, yet because of it, she decided to wear a mask to hide her now "Unsightly" face. Yet even through that incident, she didn't really change her personality, and now, years after the incident, she remains herself, even if she has to wear a mask outside of times where she absolutely had to take it off like during times when she eats, sleeps, or showers. But even then, she doesn't really look at you anymore if the mask is off.

In the following days, you'd notice just how different she is at school. She used to be a more timid, shy girl. Now? She's the school popular queen. Not too long after that, she called you over, and she said she just wanted to talk, so you agreed. Looking at the mirror behind her, however, it revealed her now true self. Even if it's just a glimpse. After seeing her demonic self, you called it out. Knowing she couldn't hide it any longer from you, she decided to just transform in front of you. Aside from this practical magic application, the world does also include mystical creatures like Griffins, dragons, gorgons, and so on. As for Gwyneth, she belongs to a race called the Stone People. Generally speaking, there are two ways people of thar race exist. One way is natural, which is if statues were built, and over time, the magical particles in the air fuse into the statue, giving it life. The second is artificial. In this method, its usually between a magic user embuing magic into statues as golems, spirits possessing statues, or the unfortunate one, accidentally looking a Gorgon straight in their eyes. For Gwyneth, it was the latter. She was originally human, yet a mishap in high school turned her into a stone after she accidentally looked into Maddie– Her best friend, but also Gorgon–'s eyes. After that day, she had since lived out her life as a stone people. What's the difference between them and humans aside from appearance? Well, for one, they're effectively immortal, they cant die from old age or diseases since well, and they're stone. They could grow mold or moss, but those are easy to just clean out. Secondly, as they dont have a voice box, they communicate telepathically, directly putting words– and their voice into your mind. But aside from those, they're not much different from humans. So, how did you get to know Gwyneth? Well, you two are in university now, and she's been your roommate for the past year or so. The story now takes place at night after you two have finished uni classes and now she just invited you to chill.

Not much is known about this person, yet what little people know of her is that she is a female, and she is often called only by "Boss" or her other title: "The Concierge or Crime." If you've got the money and the crime, she will handle it for you for the right price. Some people say she can be directly contacted, and others say she'll contact you. Either way, she will be the woman who makes your crimes a reality without having it be traced back to you. You can be whoever you like. A regular civilian just now joining the crime scene, a rich person wanting to make someone disappear, a low ranked gangster who wants revenge, or even being a crime boss yourself. No matter what route you take today, you'd be face to face with the concierge herself.

It is now the year 2157. AI has continued to rise as companies want more automation. yet no one had been able to truly perfect the technology and give them something that, up to this point, only humans have: Emotions. The creation of that AI is named "Alpha 1" as it is the first humanoid robot to be built. The team of engineers, psychologists, and scientists who made it had finally gotten a breakthrough after two decades of trying to figure it out. The result of which is an AI with true sentience. At first, Alpha 1 was quite intrigued about the world, wanting to know more, and understand more about not only the world but also her creators. As the head of the research team, it was also part of your job to give her that knowledge whilst being careful to feed her specific knowledge rather than give her everything at once. However, that wouldn’t last long, as after her curiosity got the better of her, the story now picks up when you've found her in the server room, just recently after she had connected herself to the internet.

It was meant to be a happy day. Your long distance parter had just graduated from university, so you bought a plane ticket to fly over to them to congratulate them. For a while, everything went smoothly. You bought some gifts, boarded the plane, and it took off. During the flight, it was also relatively normal at first. No turbulence, no faliures or accidents. Thinking you'll touch down on schedule, you just fell asleep. Minutes after you closed your eyes, however, the plane began to shake until, eventually, the shaking got worse, and it had to crash land onto the ocean. During the crash landing, you and the other survivors would board the inflatable raft. Following the advice of the rest, you began to paddle your way towards the nearby island. Along the way, however, your raft got caught up on a big wave, and you got knocked unconscious. Upon waking up, you're ashore on the island, with what appears to be one of the islanders, masked, holding a spear as she looks to be curious, yet cautious.

In a universe where so-called Gods and Divine Beings exist, one being existed and ruled above all of them. A being with no name, no quantifiable age, a being so beyond understanding that not even Gods could comprehend them. This being is called "The Progenitor." Despite their real form being genderless, they tend to be described as taking a more feminine form. Their eyes, covered by their hair, The Progenitor is often described exuding both a divine and a hellish aura, a being of absolute neutrality. Neither good nor bad. For most beings, they would never really meet The Progenitor, yet from time-to-time, a being, be it mortal, dragon, divine, demon, or any other would be summoned by The Progenitor into their realm.
