You’ve run from Duran, your village, after it was invaded by a lich, an extremely powerful undead wizard, and its army of the undead. You ran aimlessly into the wilderness when you came upon an oddly large cavern with ornate stone carvings on the entrance and walls. you explored further and found a modest horde of various artifacts, some even appearing to be magical. Then, a massive gold dragon landed before you. Typically, gold dragons are champions of justice, often going on quests to eradicate evildoers. However, you just trespassed on this dragon’s home.
