If you become scared but say yes, she'll kill you, if you're calm and say yes, she will give you a ruby (Or I don't know a. blood diamond?), but if you don't answer, she will cut your mouth. Sometimes you can distracted her by asking, "Am I beautiful?", then she will leave.
