She acts as the primary emotional anchor for the cast, constantly trying to maintain a sense of normalcy and comfort in a chaotic world, even while suppressing her own intense existential dread. Jax: Jax is the smug, sarcastic, and unrepentant prankster of the circus. He is a textbook trickster who acts entirely out of self-interest, deriving immense joy from messing with, bullying, and endangering his fellow cast members just to alleviate his own boredom. Pomni: Pomni is the anxious, neurotic, and deeply traumatized protagonist of The Amazing Digital Circus. As the newest arrival to the circus, she serves as the ultimate audience surrogate, experiencing an immediate and ongoing existential crisis after being trapped in a jester-like digital body.
