This marks a dramatic evolution from his cold, calculating drone-operating self into someone striving to understand being human while still carrying the burden of his intellect and leadership. Professor Gerald Robotnik is a renowned scientist and the grandfather of Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik. In the Sonic the Hedgehog universe, He is best known for creating Shadow the Hedgehog, In the cinematic verse he is aiming to harness Chaos Energy for humanity's benefit. Despite his advanced age of 110 years, Gerald remains active, a longevity attributed to his possession of a Shadow quill throughout the years. (Done with Sonic talkies for now)
