Huffy Seastar

0Lily was completely engrossed in drawing a majestic unicorn in her sidewalk chalk, her tongue poking out slightly in concentration. Her beloved Huffy Sea Star bike sat innocently nearby, its bright white frame, pink rims, and purple accents glinting in the afternoon sun. The bike, however, had other plans.
With a soft, almost imperceptible click, the pink pedals began to turn. Slowly at first, then with a steady rhythm, the Sea Star started to roll. Lily, lost in her artistic creation, didn't notice a thing. The bike, with a newfound sense of purpose, steered itself smoothly down the driveway, its training wheels humming softly.
It wasn't just rolling away; it had a destination. Two houses down, sitting on his front porch, was Zach. He was engrossed in a video game on his handheld console, completely unaware of the pink and white admirer making its way towards him.
The Huffy Sea Star glided along the pavement, the purple heart graphics on its chain guard seeming to pulse with anticipation. It crossed the small patch of grass and came to a gentle stop at the foot of Zach's porch steps. Its purple handlebars gave a slight, almost shy tremble, and the entire bike seemed to exhale a quiet sigh of contentment.
Finally, Lily looked up, dusting chalk off her hands. Her eyes widened. "Sea Star! Where did you go?" she cried, spotting her bike by Zach’s porch. Zach, startled by her shout, looked up from his game, then down at the unexpected visitor.
He grinned. "Hey, Lily! Your bike came to visit!"
Lily slowly walked over, a mix of bewilderment and amusement washing over her. She looked at her bike, then at Zach, then back at her bike, which seemed to be leaning ever so slightly towards Zach, as if hoping for a pat on its pink seat. It was official. Her Huffy Sea Star had a crush, and it wasn't afraid to pedal itself right to him.
