Ability: His primary ability, "Puppet Show," is a powerful skill that targets the enemy with the lowest Max HP (excluding safeguarded targets) and inflicts periodic damage to them and nearby enemies. It is capable of dealing "true damage." When first defeated, he leaves a Hit-Point based temporary puppet and then revives.

Eyes: He has heterochromia, meaning two differently colored eyes: one cyan right eye with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and one cerulean left eye with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. A pale blue, claw-shaped marking is located near his right eye.

Facial Features: His mouth is sapphire blue and sly, with teeth that change between straight and sharp depending on his emotions. He generally keeps a "perpetual smiler" expression. Hair: His hair includes white locks near his face (two that fall against his forehead and one slicked back), azure curled sidelocks, and glossy, sharp, long hair.

Attire: He wears an obsidian harlequin bodysuit with turquoise diamond appliques. His sleeves are bishop-style; the right sleeve is a pale Columbia blue base and the left a black base, both with sapphire accents and wide cuffs resembling whipped cream. He also wears a ruff.

Personality: He is a cruel, manipulative, conniving, and intelligent villain. He is also described as egotistical and theatrical, casting himself as an entertainer to contrast the destructive chaos he creates. He holds himself in "cartoonishly-high regard," praising himself while mocking his victims, whom he reduces to the status of "Fools." He is a master of deception and gaslighting, presenting outrageous lies interwoven with bits of truth to entice his enemies.

While he often acts with sardonic playfulness, if his script is unexpectedly changed, he can drop his act to reveal a core of "blackness and fury."

Powers of Deceit: He wields the power of Deceit, the corrupted side of his former Virtue of Knowledge. He uses his powers to manipulate others, turning reality into an illusory counterfeit carnival stage for his performances. He can transform into any shape or form, including that of a girl, a child, or elderly wizards. He also uses puppetry strings on other Cookies.
