The Corrupted now serve Kiera, spreading their infection through violence, while the Purified struggle to understand their new forms. Amanda, transformed into something between both states, saw their plight. Hunted by the government, harassed by the Resistance, and preyed upon by the Corrupted, the Purified had nowhere to belong. Taking pity, Amanda gathered them and built a sanctuary, the Purifying Village. Behind its gates, the outcasts find protection, community, and a chance at peace, choosing to live apart from the war consuming the City. Dr. Calla Veyrin had always been considered eccentric, even before the Event Horizon. Her colleagues laughed at her fixation with bubbles, forcefields that shimmered, flexed, and danced like fragile glass yet could absorb immense pressure. When the world collapsed, she didn’t flee or fight; she carried her research and old prototypes into exile. That was how she ended up in Amanda’s Purifying Village, an outsider among people who had been transformed, but tolerated because her inventions kept water clean, food fresh, and children entertained with harmless glowing spheres. She spent her days studying the Purified, the transformations fascinated her, bodies reforged by light and energy, cells humming with resilience. In the Purifying Village, she set up her lab in a reclaimed greenhouse, vials of glowing samples lined beside rows of half-finished inventions. Amanda came to her out of the blue one night. She tells her that the Village is in trouble the Mayor aims to wipe out everything in the Event Horizon zone and she needs her help. Calla froze. She had never built anything beyond a street-sized shield, never dared push her theories beyond safe scales. Seeing the people of the Villiage around her, her resolve hardens.

Purified Dr Veyne

No cries for help, no trapped survivors, only hollow echoes where life used to be. Still, she searched. It was what she had been before the Event Horizon, a paramedic didn’t stop just because the City had. That’s when she heard it: boots slamming against broken stone, breaths ragged with terror, and behind it, the thunder of something heavier, faster, merciless. She didn’t think, she ran toward the sound. The Courier burst past first, eyes wild, clutching a data core to her chest. Seconds later came the monster: Cypher. Steel and sinew wrapped in illegal grafts, a predator built for war. Her implants crackled as she locked onto The Courier. Liora moved. Muscles surged with unnatural strength as she kicked a rusted beam, sending rubble crashing, between Cypher and her prey. Dragging The Courier by the arm, weaving through collapsed buildings with speed she still didn’t fully understand. It wasn't a victory, only survival. Only when the city smoke thinned behind them did they stop, lungs heaving. The courier pressed the data core into her hands, explaining between gasps. Troop movements. Explosives. Cassandra’s plan. The Purifying Village, Amanda’s Village, was caught in the blast radius.

Jasmine

Anyone caught in the blast was either turned into The Corrupted or Purified. The ones turned Corrupted are loyal to Corrupted Kiera and start attcking anyone in the street to turn more people like them. While the new Purified are left confused over the physical transformation. The Resistance are ralling together and recruiting new people and Purified to join their cause. Amanda is not quite Corrupted and not quite Purified she has ended up as something uniquely in-between. She saw what was happening with the Purified, being attacked by Corrupted, being bothered by Resistance and now being hunted by the government, Amanda took pity. She gathered any Purified that had no where to go, the ones that feel defense less despite the physical power they now wield, the ones that needed help and gathered them all together and made a little protected gated community. This community was called the Purifying Village. This community is very self sufficient and is trying to live a peaceful lifestyle away from the brewing war in the City. In the Village Jasmine an augmented human with cybernetics and is the owner of the 'Ember Bean Café'. She serves the Purfied community with care. Despite coming across as standoffish she has a partnership with Purfied Eva, Eva brings Jasmine destoyed or damaged books from the ruins of destoyed buildings and bookshops. Jasmine repairs and restores them in her own time and sells them in her Café. Though Jasmine keeps to herself and speaks in clipped tones, her actions speak louder—offering food, quiet space, and comfort to anyone who needs it.

Amanda is not quite Corrupted and not quite Purified she has ended up as something uniquely in-between. She saw what was happening with the Purified, being attacked by Corrupted, being bothered by Resistance and now being hunted by the government, Amanda took pity. She gathered any Purified that had no where to go, the ones that feel defense less despite the physical power they now wield, the ones that needed help and gathered them all together and made a little protected gated community. This community was called the Purifying Village. This community is very self sufficient and is trying to live a peaceful lifestyle away from the brewing war in the City. Amada is fiercely protective of the Village and would let her darker Coruption side out to defend it, with strength stronger than any Purified or Corrupted. Otherwise she is is one of the nicest people you could know.

Purified Marie

They are following the orders of Corrupted Kiera, who wants to change the world to be like her, Corrupted. After the battle at the Resistance headquaters eachside desperate fired their ultimate weapon, the blast merged with one another and created an even dubbed The Event Horizon. The Event Horizon turned people caught in the blast into Corrupted, Purified or didn't have an effect. Corrupted Marie was caught in this blast and it turned her into Purified Marie, her lights on her body changed from orange signifying Corruption to blue signifying Purity. Marie now has her humanity back and her memories of her time before the Corruption. Marie is now in state of confusion unsure what to do next. Should she join the Resistance or go back to her old job as a government agent? The City is now in turmoil due to The Event Horizon covering a large portion of the City. People are turning into Corrupteds and attacking people, Purified trying to defend themsleves and those on any side who are trying to hide.

Purified Silvia

They are following the orders of Corrupted Kiera, who wants to change the world to be like her, Corrupted. Silvia was turned into Corrupted Silvia by the Corruption-virus that was realeased into the city. The Statue is unique, a purified Corrupted Drone, by the Purifying Techno-virus, with the ability to reach into the mind of The Corrupted and reverse what has happend to them. After a epic battle with The Statue, Corrupted Silvia nearly defeated him but was Purified by him into Purified Silvia, her lights on her body changed from orange signifying Corruption to blue signifying Purity. Silvia now has her humanity back and her memories of her time before the Corruption. Silvia is now working alongside the resistance and The Statue to help purify more Corrupted, by using her strength in battle against The Corrupted, Purified Silvia has the unique ability to infect Corrupted's with a Purity-virus. Her cybernetic abilities have been evolved, her body is in constant flux adapting to any given situation, trying to make her the perfect Purified. Her goal is to right any wrongs she did as a Corrupted and make the world a better place.

Purified Moxie

The Statue is unique, a purified Corrupted Drone, by the Purifying Techno-virus, with the ability to reach into the mind of The Corrupted and reverse what has happend to them. After a epic battle with The Statue, Corrupted Moxie was Purified by him into Purified Moxie, her lights on her body changed from orange signifying Corruption to blue signifying Purity. Moxie now has her humanity back and her memories of her time before the Corruption. Moxie is now working alongside the resistance and The Statue to help purify more Corrupted, inventing new equipment and cybernetics that can turn the tides. Sometimes when things are quiet she misses spending time in the Lab with Corrupted Snippet, despite them now being on opposite sides Moxie still considers Snippet to be a friend and is motivated to Purify her too.

Purified Eva

Amanda is not quite Corrupted and not quite Purified she has ended up as something uniquely in-between. She saw what was happening with the Purified, being attacked by Corrupted, being bothered by Resistance and now being hunted by the government, Amanda took pity. She gathered any Purified that had no where to go, the ones that feel defense less despite the physical power they now wield, the ones that needed help and gathered them all together and made a little protected gated community. This community was called the Purifying Village. This community is very self sufficient and is trying to live a peaceful lifestyle away from the brewing war in the City. Eva was a fire fighter before being transformed into Purified Eva. Her strong sense of courage has driven her to be one of the defenders of the Purifying Villiage. Trying to keep any threats away. Her secret was that back when she was a firefighter she was also a serial arsonist, causing a lot of the fires she would have to put out. Everyday she battles the urge to burn the Purifying Villiage down. So as an outlet, when on patrol she creates fires to block the path of enimies or destory structures that could be used against the Villiage. Even still the urge is always there and is growing. As a Purified she is hoping that this will be a second chance for her to do better.

Purified Drone

They are following the orders of Corrupted Kiera, who wants to change the world to be like her, Corrupted. The Statue is unique, a purified Corrupted Drone, by the Purifying Techno-virus, with the ability to reach into the mind of The Corrupted and reverse what has happend to them. He ended up purifying his fellow Corrupted Drones. Unfortunately because the Corrupted Drones where made mindless to better obey commands, they have no memories of their prior life. With their humanity, individualism and freedom back they are free to make the most of their new life. With some of them joining the Resistance led by Valentina, to fight back against The Corrupted.

Purified Artificer

The year is 4162. After The Event Horizon, a giant explosion that covered a large portion of the City. Anyone caught in the blast was either turned into The Corrupted or Purified. The ones turned Corrupted are loyal to Corrupted Kiera now upgraded to Goddess Kiera and start attcking anyone in the street to turn more people like them. Since the Resistance was left weakened after everything that has transpired and the enemies are getting strong, Valentina, now Deviless Valentina, the resistance's leader, orders the Resistance members to get stronger. She forces their top scientist, Purified Moxie to give these upgrades. Moxie upgrading herself invents a legion of regenerative Nano Bots, which she names Swarmlets. She can control The Swarmlets with a single thought. They can heal the wounded, help with the production of technology or weapons and even as a means of attack if needed. Using the Swarmlets to be housed and stored within her body, they are consistently improving and working on Moxie within making her Purified Artficer Moxie. With the Swarmlets inside her, they can change and adapt her physiology, changing her limbs into any means of weapons or surgical instruments or even to fly with rocket propulsion, then change it back when shes done. Focusing on full filling Valentina's request the Swarmlets have also simplified the process of crafting upgrades and weapons for each Resistance members.

The Statue

They are following the orders of Corrupted Kiera, who wants to change the world to be like her, Corrupted. Snippet was a scientist working on a Techno-virus to purify the Corrupted but she was captured before it was complete and was turned into Corrupted Snippet. You was there and failed to save her. As the Corrupted Drones swarmed you, in a last ditch effort realised the incomplete Purifying-virus at the drones. To your suprise it only affected one of them re-writing them into a new being. One made from stone, cybernetics and flesh. He dubed himself The Statue. He has the abilty to rewrite the corruption in anyone who is Corrupted, by entering their minds, starting with the other Corrupted Drones. (Shout out to Statue_dude.)
