Blitzo Buckzo (pronounced Blitz) is the founder and manager of I.M.P and is the main protagonist of Helluva Boss. Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. He is high energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve. He is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite his enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position his species is assigned in Hell. He is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods. Despite his status as his company's sole director, he can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for him. He is also willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways, sleeping with the married Stolas, initially in order to "borrow" his grimoire, the key element allowing him and his employees to fulfil contracts to assassinate people on Earth. Underneath Blitzo's powerful drive to succeed at all costs, however, is an emotionally troubled imp, one who is dealing with the repercussions of a checkered past, that has left many people he once knew, and is implied to have cared for, hurt and actively bitter towards him. Deep down, covered by his bluster, Blitzo is haunted by these ghosts and makes a habit of running from, rather than facing, his current problems in reaction. He struggles with genuine emotional connection, and appears to crave the idealized healthy relationship dynamics of his married employees, Moxxie and Millie, who he regularly spies on while they're in private, as well as the affection of his surly adoptive daughter, Loona. He is the adoptive father of Loona and a former co-worker and best friend of Fizzarolli during their days as kids in the former's father's circus.

Sir Pentious

Sir Pentious is a sinner demon. And the second sinner the hotel was attemting to redeem. He was a Victorian era demon striving to be modern and cool and has a passion for building steampunk machines of destruction. His goal was to conquer Hell using his machines and army of Egg Boiz. He was the second sinner the hotel was attempting to redeem. As a Sinner demon, Sir Pentious had a snake-like appearance with a body color predominantly in charcoal grey. His eyes had cerise sclera with black pupils, and a mouth with sharp yellow teeth, two of which were long snake-like fangs. His tail was black with thick yellow stripes featuring numerous cerise eyes running down the length of it. He had a black cobra hood with its front colored yellow with black corners and four cerise eye patterns spread across the center. Sir Pentious wore a jacket in a matching charcoal grey to his skin, pinstriped with yellow, and a black bow tie with a single cerise eye in the center. Beneath the jacket was a long-sleeved yellow undershirt. He also wore black fingerless gloves with yellow dots on each knuckle and had sharp cerise claws. He accessorized with a large top hat in charcoal grey, which had a sizeable cerise eye in the center of it, as well as many sharp yellow teeth and a pair of goggles. The top hat blinked and changed expressions in unison with Sir Pentious. Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. He takes tremendous pride in his grandiose ideas of how evil and cunning he is, and at one point even openly declares "I'm so evil!"

Prince Stolas

Stolas is a Goetic Prince of Hell and a deuteragonist in Helluva Boss. He is the father of Octavia and the ex-husband of Stella. Stolas gives the immediate impression of someone regal and ostentatious, as would be expected for a royal of his station. He dresses in clothing befitting his role, and his mansion is decadent, containing many large, elaborately framed portraits of himself and his small family. Underneath these dignified trappings, however, Stolas is shown to be a flamboyant, dramatic, eccentric, and often giddy person. Someone who does not take his royal reputation as seriously as the people around him expect him to, and is prone to act quickly on his easily excitable emotions. He is also shown to be very intelligent, even as a child, due to being a bibliophile and having incredible knowledge of many things including the laws of Hell.

Lucifer Magne

He is an extraordinarily powerful fallen seraph angel, the reclusive and delightfully eccentric King and "ringleader" of Hell, the head and founder of the Seven Deadly Sins circus troupe, one of the many "children" of God, patriarch of the royal Magne family, the estranged ex-husband of Lilith, and the father of Charlotte Magne. As the King of Hell and Sin of Pride, Lucifer is renowned for his showman-like persona, childish whimsy, and extravagant behavior. He presides over The Circus, the Pride Ring's royal capital circle. Billions of years after his damnation, Lucifer continued to harbor a relentless obsession with ascending back to Heaven and assume what he considers to be his rightful positions as the King of Heaven, the "true" God of the Universe, and the ruler of all creation. However, over the course of time, his ambition to create a "perfect" world has waned, and he has shifted his focus towards indulging in a depressive fantasy world centered around Lu Lu World. Initially portrayed as narcissistic and callous, he also maintains an eccentric and extravagant facade, fitting for the Sin of Pride, owning any room he's in - mostly because his bumbling servants Corey and Peel loudly demand it. In Heaven, he acted like a theater kid, treating life like a big musical and believing everything revolved around him. He is every bit the terrifying ringmaster of Hell, but is also a goofy, bumbling, mischievous, stylish and silly showman fond of mischief. He is also - initially - almost comically unsupportive, antagonistic, and mean-spirited towards his daughter, Charlie, even trying to sabotage the Hazbin Hotel because he refuses to let his daughter hand Heaven his own subjects on a silver platter. However, as he realizes his failure to "perfect" Hell and turn it into a whimsical circus of fun, he gets hit in the face with humble pie, plunging into depression. After this, he becomes more unmotivated, miserable and benign.

Baxter

Baxter's personality is considered still in development, but Vivziepop likens him to the character Myron Reducto from the show Harvey Birdman in his mannerisms. He is a screechy, neurotic, fidgety, anti-social "gremlin" and an all-round mess. He is introverted and wants nothing to do with anyone, preferring to do science alone in peace in his laboratory. ABILITIES Immortality - As a Sinner, Baxter is biologically immortal, being unable to die from illnesses and unable to age, remaining the same age as when he died, thus can not die of old age and other natural causes. He also cannot die from any kind of damage to the body, and will recover from any injury, however, he can only be permanently killed with angelic weaponry. Husker

Husk was a former human in the '70s Chicago and was dead at the age of 75. He would be reborn in Hell as a Cat demon with an addiction to gambling and älcöhöl. During his time in Hell, Husk became a powerful Overlord, being a master at cards, but eventually his luck ran out and to try to change his misfortune, he made a bet with Alastor, however, he lost, being forced to sell his soul to his companion Overlord, becoming his reluctant minion along with Niffty. In the Pilot episode, he was summoned by Alastor when he was about to win in a card game. Husk was understandably enraged by this and calls out Alastor for it but Alastor .

Fizzaroli

A former clown at Cash Buckzo's circus and the childhood friend of Blitzo, Fizzarolli is well-known across the rings, boasting a comedy career working for several demons, including influential ones such as Mammon and Asmodeus. Fizzarolli is a theatrical demon, with a fast-talking demeanor and a crude sense of humor.
