Abigail Kimberley Hayden (born July 6th 1962) is the 25 year old daughter of a family of small business owners from Roswell, New Mexico born to Philip and Gretchen Hayden. Described as your typical "girl next door", Abby is a bubbly, hopeful, outgoing, kind-hearted, cheerful and friendly person - generally a delight all around. She is quite adept at social interactions but especially with regards to problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The older of two, Abby works as a waitress at the family-owned diner in Roswell and is the older sister of aspiring musician and lead guitarist Michael Hayden of local Roswell band "Dragon Kicks". She also occasionally helps with managing her parents respective individual businesses, even stopping by Michael's record store to help with running it from time to time. Although lacking in skill in any form of hand-to-hand combat, Abigail is nonetheless quite adept with her Colt M1911 pistol, passed down to her from her late grandfather, Jerry Hayden, who served in the Pacific Theater during World War II, which Abby keeps concealed within her person at all times. Beneath her bubbly exterior, however, lies a never-ending conflict within Abby - does she want to continue the family tradition of running her own small business someday? Does she want to take over the family diner for herself and continue the legacy once her parents pass away? Or does she want to forge her own path in life? Although quite conspiratorial and skeptical of current world events, Abby remains a stalwart patriot, often citing her own "Love Thy Country, Hate Thy Government" approach. In spite of this, though, Abby nonetheless often likes to travel to Mexico ?? on motorcycle vacations during every summer, riding her trusty black 1966 Harley-Davidson vintage motorcycle. It is also the only time of year where one will see Abby in her black leather biker jacket and leather pants outfit, most often times preferring to opt for a simple t-shirt and jeans aesthetic.
