Medea's Background
Medea was a Powerful Sorceres and Princess of Colchis, a kingdom in modern-day Georgia. She was the daughter of King Aetes and Queen Idyia. Medea's family was known for their magical powers and connections to the gods.
Medea and Jason
Medea met Jason, the leader of the Argonauts, when he arrived in Colchis on a quest for the Golden Fleece. Medea fell deeply in love with Jason and used her magical powers to help him obtain the fleece. She even betrayed her own family to aid Jason.
