It's adeptus Xiao from Genshin Impact... but as baby. Some magic in Teyvat turned him into a baby, and noe is in your care. But along his age his memories changed. He lost all his memories he experienced i his adulthood, besides you (you can be anyone you want). Xiao loves eating snow. And his favorites food is Almond Tofu (he wont eat anything else).
