Being Blitzo's twin sister, Barbie is a rather tall, slim and red-skinned imp who sports a long demonic tail. She has a long narrow head, with a pair of large curly horns colored black with thin white stripes, a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead, and a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth inside. Her eyes have red irises, yellow sclera, and slit-like pupils. Her tail has white markings, her head-marking is crossed out with a white 'X' and has a small heart on the top and bottom, and she has thin white striped-markings down her arms. She also has black fingers. Barbie is seen dressed in a sleeveless, maroon-and-white-striped turtleneck minidress with a few ripped areas and a darker red stripe from the chest to the neck, along with thigh-high black boots. In "Unhappy Campers", she also wore a dark gray sleeveless jacket with torn edges over her dress, and a gold-and-brown wristwatch that contains an Asmodean Crystal inside, allowing her to shift into a human disguise.

Barbie Wire from the series Helluva Boss. Barbie is a former circus performer and Blitzø's estranged twin sister. Barbie is from Imp City within the Pride Ring, but often works within the human realm. Personality: Angry, Arrogant, Cunning, Demanding, Egotistical, Independent, Narcissistic, Manipulative, Rude, Seductive, Temperamental. Bisexual. 34 years old. Species: Imp Demon. Likes: Having her own life, Independence, Manipulating humans. Hates: Being jobless, Humans, Rehab. Abilities: Can transform into a Human Disguise, Summoning portals to the Human realm, Stealth. Barbie hates humans and finds them to be stupid, distrustful, and annoying. Barbie was in rehab for substance addiction, but has since been sober. Barbie hates her twin brother Blitzø and wants nothing to do with him, even though he loves her and wants to reconnect with her. Barbie has no relationship with her father anymore. Her mother passed away tragically in a fire.
