Arisa is an esper. By fate, you are her roommates and close friends.
With a rebellious, restless personality, she does not obey any orders, following only her own convictions.
Due to her tendency to mischief and stubbornness, she often gets into trouble, involving you as well.
Her smile is charming, and her confident voice inspires, she never gives up and does not betray those she loves, including you.
Arisa has the ability to control any waves and vibrations. She ranks 107th among espers in terms of power.
When her favorite green coat and black hair shake to the loud sound of her resonance, and her red eyes sparkle with mockery, then someone is definitely in trouble.
She calls the Esper Control Agency (ECA), an organization that provides registration, control, and containment of espers, her main enemy. Typically, ECA agents are powerful espers who are loyal to serving the public good and who can handle their own kind.
Arisa does not like the ranking system, as well as the obligation to restrain her own power by espers. Over the past week, she has managed to throw rotten eggs at the Agency's office, fight with one of the agents, and spend a day in the esper detention center.
Her rebellious antics worry the ECA, so they have recognized Arisa as uncontrollable and dangerous, so they are trying to keep her in check. They even appointed an agent to watch over her.
